Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. You are welcome to stay in our guest house in Saueaugu farmstead all year long. The house is fully renovated. The rooms are designed in a rustic modern style. Outside, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the field. In addition, you are welcome to meet our Nordic sled dogs. Possible for an extra fee: Hiking with a sled dog. Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Enri is a great host, the house itself is very cosy, interior is well designed and has lots of interesting elements. The only thing for me was that the bigger bedroom was a bit noisy (it faces the street), but if it doesn’t bother you, then this is a great choice for a stay in Viljandi.

A small, but cosy place. We couldn't ask for more regarding the apartment itself. Self check-in was very easy! However, there were two policemen outside and inside the building upon arrival, doing some criminal case investigation. It gave, for sure, a bad first impression of the apartment building. I didn't witness any problems in the area in the end, it seemed like a peaceful little town.

We really liked the accommodation. We came with a baby and there was a large bed, it was comfortable to sleep. We were also able to have a good time in the evening, with a sauna! This was a great bonus to the stay. Everything was clean. We are very happy!
