Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Samtskhe-Javakheti

We spent an excellent week there! The house is very big and beautiful. The hosts are very very nice. It's very close to the castle, which is very interesting.

Прекрасное, красивое место со всеми удобствами. Дом буквально стоит на горной речке, тут очень живописно. Буквально в нескольких секундах ходьбы от дома сразу попадаешь в туристическую движуху с магазинами, кафе и т. п. В минуте ходьбы центральный парк, фуникулер на гору и т. п. Сам дом большой, в нем 3 спальни довольно большие и кухня гостинная. У каждой спальни свой туалет и душ. Плюс есть место чтобы посидеть на улице с большим столом, качелей и диваном. Также прямо у реки есть еще место с беседкой, мангалом, детской качелей и гамаком. В общем места полно. Хозяйка Марине отзывчивая и доброжелательная, все рассказала и показала, также предоставила место для авто. очень рекомендую.

A charming and comfortable villa, with 3 spacious bedrooms, a large and well-equipped kitchen, and most importantly - an amazing garden with a view and privacy and an excellent barbecue area. The villa is located at one of the highest points in the city and overlooks everything from above. Above the villa is the owner's house. A kind and generous guy named Misho and his father, who built this entire paradise himself. Both are unusually hospitable. In short - a place to return to. Highly recommended

Nice house suitable for quite big company. We were celebrating new year and the house was lovely decorated! The location is also good, in a quiet place, however near from the ski activities.

This place was amazing! We were warmly welcomed with delicious Georgian breads and wine. They really took care of us: treating us on the most delicious food, warning us for upcoming snow in advance, they even paved the snow of the outdoor playground and gave us a sledge for the children. The location is amazing, beautifully surrounded by mountains and very peaceful. And the house was so cosy and clean - we immediately felt at home. Thank you so much! We hope to come back one day.🙏❤️

Sergi and everyone we talked to were so helpful and kind. Always answered questions quickly. There were lots of rooms and plenty of space for our large group. We were very comfortable. It was a bit cold at first but Sergi worked quickly to remedy that for us. The only thing I did not realize was that some of the rooms and large kitchen could not be accessed by an indoor stairwell. We had to go outside to the kitchen and some of the bedrooms and it was snowing (it was beautiful) Not a huge issue unless you have elderly people or anyone who can’t handle stairs. There are a lot of stairs.

Emplacement « ski aux pieds » le meilleur emplacement de Bakuriani dans le complexe Crystal, immeuble de standing, bel appartement élégant et confortable, très bien équipé, il ne manquait absolument rien (sauf un four micro-ondes) de très grandes pièces, un vaste salon et 2 belles chambres. Nous sommes particulièrement exigeants et avons beaucoup de mal a trouver ce qui nous convient, mais cette fois ci nous avons visé juste et il est très probable que nous revenions!

This place is my favorite in Bakuriani. The view is stunning, the apartment is spotless, and the hosts are incredibly communicative.

A cozy place, where you have everything you need for four people to stay in. It was very clean, and Anna was very helpful. Also there is a good 24/7 grocery store nearby and spa facilities in nearby Bakuriani Inn. Definitely recommend this place to stay in!

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

First off, it's an apartment with a fantastic view. The apartment is big and well renovated. Everything worked very well. There is no elevator and it's on the 6th floor, so if you have difficulty with stairs that would be an issue. The locals are really great and happy to chat. The park is an easy walk. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Мы семья с двумя маленькими детками и квартира превзошла наши ожидания. Корпус находится в уютной зоне Кристал, в тихой и отдалённой от основного движа и шума. При этом всё что нужно было в пешей доступности. Действительно расположение прям на склоне и его видно даже из окна. Для деток огромное количество досуга и до всего без проблем можно дойти ножками. Магазин вообще прям в этом же доме. Квартира грамотно обставлена, места достаточно было для всех. Спальные места удобные, всё чистенько. Про постельное бельё предупредили, для нас не было проблем привезти в машине лишнюю сумку с бельём) Вид сказочный, на горы и шале по соседству. Мы были в новогодние праздники, поэтому было людно и соответственно шумно. Но не критично, спали хорошо. В квартире очень тепло, окна делаются на режим проветривания. Посуды супер много, не хватало только микроволновки) Возможно из за праздников, но были большие проблемы с наледью на всём курорте и парковочными местами у корпуса. Мы довольны, спасибо!

It's a nice small apartment to spend a night or two. Be aware, that you can't expect luxury for this price. Overall good impression.

She was always responsive, friendly, and happy to provide local recommendations. We stayed at Nanuka’s apartment for 4 days with our 2 year old kid and it was such a pleasant experience! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super prompt in answering all our queries and everything was provided in the apartment that one may need! The approach to the building is also very clear and well located - right opposite the super market. Would definitely recommend this and would stay here every time we visit Bakuriani!

Really great apartment placed in Didveli, between Crystal and Didveli sky resort (few minutes). Very clean, designed, full equipped (with all essentials for cooking and long stay included winter stay). Amazing view from the apartment ! Small supermarket ,restaurant, children playground and attractions within walking distance. The owners very communicative and helpful. We had a great winter vacation, recommended !

Really enjoyed guesting Tamar’s place. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything necessary. The communication with Tamar was super easy and quick. We will definitely come back!

Everything in town is a short walk, yet it's so quiet and peaceful there. I enjoyed the balcony views and leaving the door open to hear the relaxing noise of the river flowing. It was just the private getaway I needed! David is a great host, responsive, friendly, and offers everything you need to enjoy the stay. Thank you!

I was satisfied with my choice. I liked the location. At the time of my stay, it was deserted and quiet. But I would like to wish that there was toilet paper, soap, detergent and a dish sponge. Thanks to an earlier review, I was ready for this, I lived a week and it was strange to me, but okay to buy it. But if someone stops for a day or two, it can cause discomfort.
