Everything is fine, the gym gets a lot of sun, and some of the equipment is drying out due to the radiation, however the space is very nice

Everything was great. Great place to stay. Very nice room and central location.

Five stars are not enough for this place. Very comfortable, clean, and close to the Zocalo. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and responded quite quickly, even gave us advice on how to get there from the airport, transportation to use, even went as far as giving me a list of things to do. I definitely recommend that you don’t look anywhere else.

Martha is a nice person ,very accessible in every way. We maintained very good communication. Attentive and very kind. The private place, comfortable,clean. Great for relaxing. Thank you... Iwould definitely be back!

We were in touch with Ana, she was friendly and very communicative from before arrival. The place is very nice and homey, super safe and in an excellent area. We were very comfortable and felt safe and relaxed, we had everything for a comfortable and relaxed stay, I recommend!

The apartment is very cute and cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was a nice touch to have plenty of drinking water, yogurt, and sodas in the fridge. The parking lot is big and secure, and the location is perfect—everything is close by. We truly enjoyed our stay! And we’re so glad to have Jess and Carlos as our hosts—they were wonderful: very attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They gave us great orientation and made us feel very welcome.

Overall a great stay - comfortable and great location. Good communication from the hosts as well. As mentioned in other reviews it is a little dark. It also does get a little stuffy as there are no windows. There is only the sliding door to the small patio however no screen so lets in bugs. The ceiling fan didn’t work, they sorted out a portable fan for us but this did take a day to organise.

I cannot say enough great things about Jess and Carlos’ Airbnb. The Airbnb is even cuter in person, has so much charm and was probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was super clean, the location was perfect, right next to the city center but also on a more quiet street. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Everything was excellent, even little details like recommendations, to helping me prepare a birthday surprise for my partner. They went above and beyond. If it I could give it more than 5 starts I would.

An incredible place to rest and also to work. Everything in the Loft is perfect. As in the surroundings, a space of great peace. The hosts are always attentive, with a great attitude and a lot of education.

Alejandro's place was impeccable, easy to find, we loved the view! We will definitely be back!

Since I booked, Yoann was always attentive and responded quickly. Arriving at the Torre was easy. The building security guards are very friendly. The apartment is very nice, it is small but it is very well equipped, it has the essentials except for a little toilet paper. The view is excellent. The amenities are very good, but the pool water is not hot. The area is very nice and safe. I recommend it 100%, I would definitely go again.

An excellent place to rest

I really liked Miguel's place! It's very nice and spacious, although you have to climb some stairs to get there… the view is worth the effort! Haha We were in Puebla to take a course at the BUAP, which is quite close by walking (about 25 minutes). There are many shops and restaurants around, it is very conveniently located! Most of all I liked the little fish in the pond!

Juan Pablo and the rest of the staff took very good care of us. We enjoyed our stay.

The place is in a good location, 15 and 25 minutes from the popular areas, shopping centers nearby, a quiet place to rest that meets that purpose, Juan is very friendly and at all times supported us with quick access to the place
