Excellent house in Las Grutas, property located in semi-gated neighborhood,excellent environment and privacy, private heated pool. A few blocks from the beach in a super quiet neighborhood. The house is for 8 people. It's divided into two forms. The main body of the house has two bedrooms (one en suite) and two bathrooms, it has separate two rooms and one more bathroom, this makes it ideal for 2 family groups as it provides added independence. Hot air conditioning in all rooms.
