This modern style loft house has a great view in front of the ocean overlooking the beach and the Pablo Neruda museum. The house and the site offers privacy and at the same time easy access to the beach and the local commerce. One bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and a terrace. One bedroom downstairs. Spare bed for child available. Please note that the jacuzzi is not operational and that there is no central heating, only one radiator in each bedroom. The dishwasher is not working right now.

The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.

Cabina Mirador is located on a plot of the Tunquen ecological community in a completely private area, between 2 streams full of wildlife, such as foxes, owls and beautiful birds. This space, located a few meters from the beach and close to restaurants, has all the amenities you need in a modern and safe environment. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, free parking, towels and bedding.
