Holiday rentals with a patio in San Antonio Tlayacapan

El departamento está hermoso, tiene lo necesario para pasarla increíble, muy limpio. La ubicación me gustó. Lo único la alberca está helada, no se aprovecha al 100, pero hay un jacuzzi que ayudó a equilibrar porque no había casi gente. Cuando estén todos los departamentos habitados ojalá pongan calefacción en la alberca para aprovecharla.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

La gran estrella del lugar, para mi, fué la vista, pareciera estar apreciando un cuadro desde la sala al voltear al balcón Sin demeritar las demás amenidades, el roof muy bien equipado, la alberca de agua templada, todo muy limpio y ordenado Me encantaría regresar

The apartment is spacious, well situated, and beautifully decorated. The artwork is representative of Ajijic's artistic community, and the furnishings are comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed cool breezes and the sounds of birds singing. I needed an early check-in and this was accomplished with ease. A personal greeting and tour of the house made me feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels fresh, and the bathrooms were beautiful with excellent plumbing and walk-in showers. The location, half a block from the malecon, could not have been any better. We walked safely day and night to restaurants, shops, and the plaza principal. This place is beautiful and the hosts are kind and hospitable. I hope it is available for my next trip to Ajiiic.

Es la segunda ocasión que nos hospedamos en este departamento y realmente te sientes como en casa, el condominio es muy tranquilo y muy bonito ideal para pasar unos días inolvidables en familia, la atención de Igor es de primer nivel.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario y en perfecto estado, además se ubica en una zona tranquila con comercios cercanos. El agua del alberca súper agusto. Disfrutamos la comodidad, el orden y limpieza en todo el espacio. Muchas gracias a los anfitriones por haber estado siempre al pendiente.

En general estuvimos agusto en el alojamiento, todo limpio y el lugar fue muy cómodo y fresco. Hay que llevar repelente. Carmen estuvo al pendiente, así como él señor Arturo, que aunque le faltó aclararnos información con respecto al funcionamiento del jacuzzi, lo demás estuvo bien.

Me encantó el alojamiento, solo que si es necesario que se fumigue porque hay MUCHOS insectos, la alberca en las fotos se ve grande, pero en realidad es pequeña, sirve lo climatizado de la alberca, camas felicidad, pero en la recámara de las literas si es necesario que fumiguen mucho, nos salieron arañas grandes y cómpralos mejor un repelente, en general se duerme súper a gusto y se disfruta demasiado la estancia, me encantó! Si volvería :)

Si quieres desconectarte del estrés de la ciudad, el rancho de Mauricio es el lugar ideal. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para que pases unos días cómodamente. La cocina está bien equipada y las recámaras son amplias. También para mayor privacidad cada una cuenta con baño completo. Mi lugar favorito fue la terraza donde se pueden apreciar atardeceres increíbles. El plus del lugar es poder ver caballos, burritos y la naturaleza. Mauricio siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo y es un gran host. Espero regresar pronto!

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here. Hector is a wonderful host and very responsive. House was clean and close to several areas of Ajijic.

Casa Cuba was beautiful. The view is incredible and pool is so refreshing. The house is huge, had a great grill and kitchen. The upstairs refrigerator made hanging out all day in the pool so easy. Elsa and her team recommended so many good things and were so friendly. Our whole group had the best time.

Great experience at this Airbnb! The host was very attentive and quick to respond.The apartment looked just like the photos -clean and cozy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-fee stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement. Nous y sommes restés 10jours. Ce n’était pas notre première fois à Guadalajara et nous aimons ce quartier pour son calme même s’il n’est pas dans l’hyper centre. L’appartement est propre et dans une résidence sécurisée. Vous avez des cafés et des restaurants et des supermarchés à côté dont une supérette au pieds de l’immeuble. Carlos est hyper attentionné. Il nous a dépanné sur pas mal de choses. Ça manquait d’ustensiles de cuisine à notre arrivé, suite à ma demande il nous en a fourni plein et neufs le jour même. Puis il nous a emmené un ventilateur car nous avions chaud dans le salon. Il est très présent et répond très rapidement ! Encore merci pour tout !

Loved the place!! The apartment is so spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was an experience in itself with the view! The hosts were very kind and always responsive if we had questions. Would go back and highly recommend.

Lo recomiendo ampliamente. El lugar está súper seguro y tranquilo. Súper cerca del consulado y me quedó perfecto. La comunicación con Yasmin fue muy clara.
