Holiday rentals with beach access in San Benito

Super clean and very spacious apartment! Has everything you need for a home away from home. Cute pool area and rooftop patio. Responsive host!! I had requested a hair dryer and they delivered it that same day!! Very much appreciated! Also a small convenience store across the street with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh juice everyday! Loved this stay while enjoying Progreso for the first time!

We had an amazing stay in Moisés’ condo. The unit is beautifully furnished, comfy beds, well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of seating, towels, everything! The pool and patio area are incredible. Everything was spotlessly clean and the on-site attendant was helpful. We would highly recommend a stay in Moisés’ house for couples, families, or groups. Great beach within 100 yards, easy access to downtown restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Wonderful vacation spot!!

5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

El departamento estaba limpio y olía a limpio! muy bien equipado! tiene un diseño óptimo y las instalaciones son agradables, en buenas condiciones y con una estética muy agradable. Miguel muy atento y el encargado David nos dio una explicación breve y clara de la dinámica a seguir. El mar esta como a 100 metros y definitivamente me volveria a hospedar ahí! la pasamos muy bien! Tuvimos la suerte que habian pocos huéspedes así que disfrutamos del silencio y la quietud del ambiente! GRACIAS!!!

Hicimos un viaje en familia extendida donde pudimos convivir todos ya que los espacios son muy adecuados para alojar 16 personas comodamente y los amenities de primera. El área de Tulumcito te permite resguardarte del viento y le da un toque muy comodo sin tener a restaurantes. El servicio de Victor y Concha (que se tienen que contratar aparte) fueron muy utiles y su ayuda a cocinar y mantener el orden fueron de gran ayuda. Asi mismo nos permitió hacer actividades en grupo de Padel y foot ball asi como kitear desde la comodicad de la casa. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, todos los que estuvimos en el viaje (desde 85 hasta 8 años), estuvimos de acuerdo que mucho del exito del viaje fue haber elegido el lugar correcto. Volveremos el proximo año. Gracias!

Honest review: it's fair to say it was a fantastic stay. Amazing sunsets. The hosts were very responsive both before and during the stay. The place is down a long and narrow dirt road but once you get to the home, it's true paradise. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out, and there is plenty of room for parking. This home is truly steps from the Gulf and there's ample patio space. I loved the thatched roof area with the table, which had lights for the evening. Wifi was strong. Things to keep in mind (some of which are out of the owner's control): having a rental car is a must, it's down a long road that is a fair walk from main road. Air conditioning is present in every bedroom, but not the main living space/kitchen, which can get warm in hot weather even with the large ceiling fans. There is not much beach in front of the home, and barely any in neighboring properties - it's not an area where you can go for long walks on the beach. Rent this place for a quiet beach vacation!

La casa de Juan es un lugar muy ameno y confortante, tranquilo y seguro. Una vista fascinante. Una distribución de los cuartos muy adecuada. Bastante recomendado para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Se antoja pasar un año nuevo en ese paraíso.

Es una casa muy cómoda, limpia y moderna, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar tu estancia con total comodidad.

Que estancia tan agradable y tranquila, bonito el lugar y la casa. Hicimos pocas preguntas porque antes de la llegada ya nos habían dicho todo lo necesario, si logramos desconectarnos como queríamos. Algo que no podemos dejar de mencionar, es la belleza de la playa, teniendo claro que para conservarla así, no solo son los efectos del medio ambiente, tiene mucho que ver las decisiones que han tomado para conservarla a lo largo del tiempo, uno de ellos, la vegetación de duna. Hermoso lugar, muy tranquilo para descansar; todo de excelente gusto y calidad. Todos los servicios funcionaban a la perfección. Yo fui por una competencia de aguas abiertas y poder descansar tan pacíficamente fue lo mejor. La playa sí está muy cerca, puedes verla al entrar por la calle,. Si llegas por la noche hay alumbrado en la calle. Para conocer los pueblitos si necesitas transporte, pero hay un mercadito a 5 minutos que realmente está muy surtido, y un go-mart muy cerca de ahí que venda unas hamburguesas muy ricas. Es un excelente lugar para visitar.

Estuvimos muy contentos y agusto en el departamento. El departamento esta muy bonito, comodo, frente al mar y muy bien equipado. La atencion del Host fue muy buena y eficiente. Recomendamos ampliamente la ubicacion y el departamento en general. Mil gracias!

El lugar muy agradable, limpio y funcional, A/C en ambas habitaciones. los anfitriones muy amables y atentos. Esta a solo unos pasos de la playa, aunque a mi personalmente noe gustó esa playa porque era muy pequeña, el agua casi llega a las construcciones que estan en la orilla y que están en ruinas. Pero la zona turística de playas esta a 5 minutos en coche. En general, muy satisfecho.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

El departamento está en excelentes condiciones y completamente equipado para una familia, el condominio se encuentra en perfectas condiciones y el personal es muy amable y servicial, lo recomiendo ampliamente para estancia en familia
