Perfect for mountain-sports lovers: rock-climbing, trekking, kayaking, etc. There is a small library. Also, a BBQ spot shared with main house.

Located within Nahuel Huapi National Park, in a valley surrounded by hills, minutes from the beaches of Lake Gutierrez, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with direct access from Route 40, 20 minutes from downtown Bariloche and 25 minutes from the airport.

It is located at km 12, two blocks from Avenida Bustillo, which goes to Llao-Llao, Circuitos Chicos and other typical walks. Buses of various lines run through it to go wherever you want.
