It was really more than we expected, it's a pretty quiet area, there are green areas for outdoor activities, excellent pool and gazebo! Inside the house, there was what is needed for a very comfortable stay. Host Ibrahim at all times was very friendly....Definitely if I have a chance to go back.

Centrally located to golf and beaches, shopping (and clinic). Nice sized lot and very quiet and peaceful. A local year-round tenant on the property, Anselmo, spoke perfect English and was a huge help to us and a very good friend.

The house is super beautiful, I went with all my family to spend carnival days and we loved it. The house has a super beautiful and relaxing ocean view. The layout of the house is perfect, especially the number of bathrooms, when you go with several people and the living areas are very comfortable. The kitchen is large and has absolutely everything. Recommended for families. Thanks!

We stayed in this marvellous penthouse for 3 nights with my 2 sons and their young families. The penthouse was very clean, bright, spacious and even better than the pictures. The outside terrace and pool were wonderful with spectacular views. The host was very communicative and dealt with all my questions very efficiently and positively. It was a wonderful time in a very special apartment and nice secure complex with great ammenities and friendly staff.We would love to go back and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Elsy's place in Rio Mar. It was very clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the apartment is quite nice and we especially loved the views while sitting on the on the balcony. The Rio Mar community is well taken care of, peaceful and calm, and relaxing. The people there are also quite friendly. Elsy is also super responsive and proactive with details. We hope to return again one day.

Juan Carlos's property is beautiful and comfortable, it has everything you need for your stay, it is clean and pleasant. My family really likes Casamar, thanks to the kind attention.

The place is very nice. Clean, new, and the building is nice too. The beach is about a 10 minute walk or just a 2 minute drive like we did. You can park about 50’ from the beach. If you want to learn how to surf this is your place. Lots of waves and instructor is there to help. Close to the market 4 minute drive outside of the complex and they have just about everything you need. Great space and we will be visiting again.

The arrival was very easy and hassle-free. The place is beautiful, cozy and very well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, although it is important to bring some basic condiments such as salt, sugar and spices, as they are not available in the accommodation. The pool is a great attraction, perfect for enjoying during the day. At night, it is common for there to be insects in the water, something to be expected due to the climate of the area. We also note that the pool lights do not stay on all the time, so it is best to use it during the day. Overall, it's an amazing place that's definitely worth visiting. We highly recommend it!

The views are simply spectacular and you are surrounded by nature. The house itself was beautiful, squeaky clean and extremely comfortable. We spend a lot of the time on the deck enjoying the pleasant weather. I look forward to repeating.

Our experience at this cabin was really enjoyable. Since we arrived, the place gave us a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The cabin is perfectly equipped, with everything necessary for a comfortable and quiet stay. Also, the rustic and sophisticated decor made us feel right at home. What impressed us the most was how easy it was for seniors to enjoy the place. The facilities are spacious and comfortable, which allowed our older family members to feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The natural environment, serene and full of beauty, allowed them to enjoy the fresh air and peace of the place without complications. The communication with the host was great, always ready to help us with what we needed, and the cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable. We definitely recommend this place for any type of group, especially for families looking for a quiet place for everyone. A memorable experience!

I loved Ana Clara's place, it was clean and tidy. Super spacious and comfortable. It has several spots to be at different times, I like that because we could move according to the weather and the sun. The weather is pleasant there is a lot of breeze.
