We’re excited to welcome you to our condo — a modern one-bedroom oasis located right in front of the beach. Thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home, it’s perfect for a couple or a small family (the patio unit is especially great for toddlers). The condo features a private patio instead of a balcony, and all appliances and furniture are brand new. From the covered parking to the unit and the social area, there’s no need for an elevator — everything is conveniently on the same level.

Community amenities include waterfalls, walking trains, tennis, ping pong, small gym, pool table. Thursday - Sunday: NY style pizza 100% sourdough, thin-crust made just right.

This apt has stainless steel appliances (incl dishwasher) & washer/dryer & central AC and a shaded peaceful beach front social area with beach view infinity pool & patch directly to the beach.
