Excellent location; Michell was very flexible with the check-out time; the kitchen was quite equipped.

Diana is an excellent host, very empathetic to our needs, the apartment is just like the photographs, clean and tidy. The place is quiet, just what you're looking for to rest. Highly recommended.

The place was very accurate in the photographs, I had inconveniences to initially contact the person from the ckeck-in but it was resolved. ACs were dirty and don't use them much for the same topic

The apartment is very comfortable and well organized. Excellent option for 4 people (and 5 if someone sleeps on the sofa bed). The development has a decent pool and easy access to the beach (I recommend bringing your own parasol). It also seems to be a very safe development (they are quite strict with the visits). Ivonne is an excellent host and is always aware of any needs that may arise. If I recommend it.

The house is inside a private development with security and pool. It is 10 minutes away from the beaches of Manta and 5 minutes from those of Jaramijó. The house has a backyard ideal for children to play, and external streets are safe (not much vehicular movement) There is a beautiful beach 1 minute away from the urbanization, which I thought was a wonder. The house has all the amenities offered in the app. I would definitely come back with my family.

We loved the place, mainly the view, close to restaurants, the mall and offer various services included in the price such as the use of the pool and jacuzzi. Communication was very quick which helped us a lot on the trip, very good hosts.

I definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, good value place to stay in Manta.

A super recommended place, it is located in a central area accessible to supermarkets, in the pink area to restaurants. The spotless place with a beautiful view ideal for relaxation. The host is very attentive to any concerns and is very friendly and if it does not have rented it allows you to check in before check-in time I will always be back!!!

A beautiful apartment to enjoy with friends or family, very nice and very clean, Luisa was always attentive to our stay and that helped a lot, being close to the main beach of Manta makes it very easy to get around, I would definitely return.

Excellent apartment, Darwin was very flexible for the check-out. Also, the apartment had absolutely everything you need for our short stay. We recommend it 100%, Darwin responded immediately with a single issue that we had with the master bedroom air conditioning and we fixed it immediately.
