Andre was always very responsive and flexible, even when I modified several times on the day of arrival/departure. The apartment is spotless and nicely decorated. Everything was great!

this is a very cute appartment in the heart of buenos aires. very well connected to all the main attractions, some of which are in walking distance (e.g., El congreso, El cafe de Los agelitos) and others that can be easily accessed by bus (e.g. la boca, la ricoleta, ...). the area has all the services in walking distance (supermarket, drugstores, atms, restaurants, cafes, kiosks and more). the apartment is good for two people, for both short and long stays. it has a nice balcony facing the park. highly recommended.

A privileged location! We had the most frequented tourist area within walking distance. The owner was always attentive to any inconvenience that arose! I would definitely return on a future trip to Buenos Aires

The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-equipped — everything needed for cooking was available, which we really appreciated. Overall, we felt comfortable during our stay. A couple of suggestions: adding rugs in the bathroom and the room would be nice, and during our stay at the end of May, it was a bit chilly — the air conditioner struggled to heat the space. Still, we had a pleasant experience. Thank you to the hosts!

An excellent place with the amenities indicated, easy to access, close to several places, I had a great time without any major setbacks. I'm sure I could take it again when I get back.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Angel gave great instructions for check in and check out. The building is located in a central location that made it easy to walk to your activity, Sube station, or the store. Washer/ dryer is a great addition and worked well. The Sube card in the apt made it easy to get around the city, we just reloaded it and used it. The only drawback is that the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the next apt over.

Excellent service. The place is very nice and well cared for. I appreciate the attention of leaving me coffee and other items for breakfast. I went to see a concert in Velez and I was comfortable with the distance. I recommend it.

The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super pleasant area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the region, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. Host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations by wpp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!

The building has a front desk with well trained people on it. The location stands out, it’s high quality restaurants and bars on every block around the apartment. It’s well priced for what is provided so I have no complaints.
