Apartment holiday rentals in San Diego, Puente de Vallecas

Had a very pleasant with my friends in Madrid and Claudio’s Airbnb was a huge help to the success to our days since it was very close to the metro station and with lots of shops around it. The apartment totally matched the photos here. Totally recommend it!

El lugar es bastante amplio , perfecto para 4 personas cómodamente. Está en el 4 piso pero tiene elevador cómodo y funcional. Durante el día es una zona solitaria , buen acceso a la avenida principal para pedir servicio de transporte. Anfitrión muy amable y al pendiente de la estancia. 🙂

Bardzo dobre miejsce Publiczna komunikacja bardzo dobra. Bardzo blisko do przystanków autobusowych, dzięki którym można dostać się do największych atrakcji miasta. Stacja metra znajduje się 7-8 minut na piechotę. Bardzo ładny balkon. Ogólnie podczas mojego pobytu, było bardzo cicho.

Muchas gracias Erica por haberme dejado estar en tu acogedor hogar, desde el minuto número uno me hiciste sentir en casa aún estando lejos de la mía. En todo momento estabas en comunicación por cualquier cosa durante mi viaje, y se agradece que te preocupes de esa manera por tus huéspedes. La cantidad de información que das acerca de Madrid, y que hacer durante tu visita, para que ningún día dejes de descubrir todo lo que la ciudad te ofrece… Un agradecimiento eterno por haberme recibido con los brazos abiertos… Totalmente una súper host.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben mit einem großen und sehr bequemen Bett und eigenem kleinen Badezimmer. Franco hat mit mir vor der Buchung super kommuniziert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwas außerhalb, man kommt aber mit dem Bus in 30-40 Minuten in das Stadtzentrum. Was für mich auch kein Problem war. Die Gegend ist sicherlich nicht die schönste, aber dennoch angenehm. Für einen Kurztrip nach Madrid auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Luis's apartment is very centrally located. In fact Metro 3 entry is just infront of the building and in less than 10 minutes you can reach major attractions like Sol. Bus stand is also hardly 200 meters and Delicias station is just 400 meters. Connectivity from his place is best. There is supermarket across the road in addition to shops which open late night also. His place on ground floor is in a secure building with lot of open area. We really felt at home. Apartment was absolutely neat and clean.

The apartment was really beautiful and comfortable, with all that someone may need in it, even the box for the first aid. We moved very easily at all hours, thanks to the position near the metro stop “Nueva Numancia”, on the line 1, the same of the most important places of Madrid.

Staying at Monika’s place for 4 days was honestly the perfect choice. It’s super close to the train station and really well connected to the city. The apartment felt like staying in an artist’s atelier — full of cute details and plants everywhere. I actually regret not spending more time just relaxing there. Monika is incredibly kind and helped a lot with my travel plans, so I just want to say thank you again. If I ever come back to Madrid, I’d definitely stay here again!

Marian is an amazing host, super helpful and responsive. The flat is great, very comfortable and clean. The lounge is large. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is a good size. Air conditioning was very welcome in the warm evening. I totally recommend the place, lots of supermarkets and shops nearby. The metro to Madrid's centre is only a couple of minutes walk. We had a great time in the flat and really enjoyed our stay.

L’appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos et à la description faite par l’hôte. Mon conjoint, mes enfants adultes et moi y avons passé 4 nuit et nous avons grandement apprécié les commodités du logement et sa localisation. Le métro et la station d’autobus se trouve à environ 3-4 minutes de marche. L’hôte, que nous avons contactée à quelques reprises pendant notre séjour, nous a toujours répondu très rapidement. Elle nous avait aussi laissé des bières et du chocolat comme cadeau de bienvenue, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. Je vous recommande ce logement sans aucune hesitation.

Отличная квартира, удобное расположение относительно центра и аэропорта. Легко добраться на такси или общественным транспортом в любую точку города. Кровати с удобными матрасами и подушками, на кухне было все необходимое из посуды, а также чай, кофе, масло, соль , сахар и приправы (это очень порадовало, потому что приезжая на пару дней с детьми постоянно приходиться везти или покупать все это для приготовления самых элементарных блюд). Хозяйка нас встретила, рассказала про интересные места, дала карточку для проезда в общественном транспорте (мы оставили её для следующих гостей), оставила карту метро и два набора ключей. Место тихое, но пройдя 300метров вы найдете местные ночные клубы, бары, магазины, кафе и рестораны на любой вкус. Обязательно вернусь сюда еще.

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

Irina's apartment was magical! So beautiful, thoughtfully and personally decorated, and one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. Can't recommend the place enough for your stay in Madrid.

En pleno Lavapiés, pero a la vez muy tranquilo y cómodo. Muy bien situado. El piso muy limpio y cómodo. Todo nuevo. Recomendable para una pareja.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.

El apartamento está muy bien, muy moderno y muy íntimo, la única pega demasiado moderno… Duke excelente anfitrión.
