Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay at this condo. The setting was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was the stunning view from our window, which made every morning and evening feel extra special. Sir Jonard was very accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained — definitely worth every penny. It had a relaxing atmosphere, was fully equipped with everything we needed, and provided the perfect space whether you’re looking to unwind, work, or spend time with loved ones. If you’re looking for a high-quality staycation that’s both budget-friendly and impressive, I highly recommend Sir Jonard’s place/Wolve’s Den. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Really smooth check-in. Instructions were clear and you won't have a problem at the lobby. Joel provides 2 pairs of slippers which is very helpful just consider cleaning it before and after use for hygiene purposes. Cooking and dining tools are provided with rice cooker and an electric kettle. No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring/buy your own. Shampoo and soap provided in dispensers. There are lots of storage just explore them and put to good use.

Giselle is a wonderful host and her Air BnB units are a perfect, cozy and easy stay when traveling in/out of Terminal 3 with lots of walkable restaurants and markets :)

Louis and Paulette's place is superb! Setting is both like you are in a 5-Star hotel and family home at the same time. The rooms though not as spacious as looking on the booking pictures, are clean and comfy. The kids were happy with the cereals and chocolate kisses, and the kids at heart with the coffee and drinks in the fridge😁 Plus Louis is a pro-active, ready in responding to queries, welcoming host. Thank you, will definitely book your Unit again when our family will again require such, and will recommend to friends. God bless ... cheers🥂

The place is very cozy and Sir Ezekiel is very responsive to your queries. Although the parking is very hard and expensive. But overall experience, we loved it!

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Cedric always responds quickly to my questions and concerns even though I booked the place the night before my stay. He was still able to provide the concise instructions on checking in and out within the short amount of time. The free parking space was definitely a plus point for me. Checking in and out was so quick it didnt even take 5 minutes. The bed is soft and the pillows are fluffy. I just thought it would be better to have an extra blanket provided instead of just 1. We enjoyed the PS4 and I was able to work efficiently with their fast Wifi. The CR is also very clean, complete with toiletries except toothbrushes (I was informed prior to checking in). Overall, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. There is also a mall on the ground flr, complete with restaurants, banks, and convenience stores. The place is also near malls, parks, and food bazaars, all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.
