Honeylyn's place is great for big family. Though we have a problem finding the place because it was night already and raining the caretaker fetched us. The place is so spacious and just perfect to relax. Pundaquit beach is just 4km away

We had a great stay! The place is so cozy and nice. It is also not too far from Subic Yacht Club, restaurants, and Dutyfree (~8-12min ride). Host is very responsive and friendly. We would love to come back here!

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

The stay was gorgeous. Beautiful views and only a short drive to olongapo. Little markets and restaurants within the gated community that you could feel safe walking to alone. Overall we had a great time here at this villa.

place was nice, clean and close enough to the beach, we did have to pay extra for the extra guests, not sure why, it's not like he had to build extra bedrooms for the extra guests, the price of the stay should have been the price of the stay no matter how many guests.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and made everything easy. The place was clean and just as described. The view at the back was especially relaxing—perfect for unwinding. I’d definitely recommend it to others.

My family had a great time during our stay at this beautiful house and will be happy to book again for our future trips. :) Hope swimming pool will be built soon :) Pros: - aesthetic, stylish and clean home - host (Enrique) has always been polite, prompt, responsive and helpful for inquiries - caretakers Ate Michelle, Kuya Joel and their son Mark are friendly and accommodating - short walk (around 5 minutes) to the beach and has access to Villa Janella Resort through caretaker's assistance; can avail of open or close cottage rental of the resort if available - Cisco the dachshund and Doogie are active and harmless pets of the owner and caretakers Cons: - no FREE wifi but internet speed is okay if you have load/data - need to travel at least 20 minutes via personal car to nearby market area to buy necessities - working fine but needs minor repair for shower, ref, main door, videoke (caretaker Ate Michelle politely acknowledged and assured us she will mention to owner)

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. This place is perfect for those who love nature views and a peaceful, less crowded atmosphere. Leilani is an exceptional host, truly hands-on, which made our stay unforgettable. The unit itself is incredibly cozy, and we will definitely book here again the next time we visit Subic.

If you're looking for a memorable group getaway in Pundaquit, this is the place! The outdoor space with the barbecue setup was fantastic for evenings with family and friends, all under the shade of a wonderful mango tree. Being able to walk to the beach in minutes was incredibly convenient. With three rooms and a shared kitchen/dining area, it's perfectly set up for comfortable reunions and big gatherings. We made some great memories here!

Very good spot easy walk to perfect beach area and Subic Bay sigh. Very close to the night dinner cruise area the aircon was amazing!! Was already cool when we arrived

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! The unit is clean and spacious enough for four guests to sleep at. Kitchen amenities enable guests to cook a full meal. Parking lot is spacious.

This is our 2nd time here and we still love it. Great host, beautiful surroundings. We will be back.
