The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms (possibility of making double or single beds depending on the needs of the customer), a bathroom, large living room and kitchen equipped for cooking. TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. The house is independent and consists of 2 apartments. The house is located about 500 meters from the medieval village of S. Giovanni D'Asso. The apartment is very comfortable and bright and surrounded by a private garden with gazebo, barbecue. The swimming pool is private. In the village you can taste excellent dishes in the "La locanda del castello" restaurant and "Osteria delle Crete". The location allows you to quickly reach the most beautiful places in the Val d'Orcia , Crete Senesi.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
