The App Uber and Easytaxi work perfectly in Lima. I do not suggest using public transportation unless you are moving close by. This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night.
