Una casa increíble donde nos sentimos como en casa! Comunicación muy fluida y poder hacer un late checkout nos permitió disfrutar mucho más de la estancia! Recomiendo 100%

Dreamy stay - well equipped and located place. My standouts: sunny breakfast on the terrace in the morning; a short drive from Ciutadella but also walkable distance to many shops, restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Just as advertised, plus the small details like Tupperware’s, beach towels and parasol available to pack for picnics. Thanks to the host :) would highly recommend!

Wir haben zu Dritt eine gute Woche in der Finca verbracht und die Zeit genossen. Tolle Lage außerhalb von Arta, mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten von Arta zu erreichen. Alles war blitzsauber, das Haus sehr komfortabel mit großzügigen Bädern und auch in der noch kühlen Jahreszeit durch die Fußbodenheizung angenehm warm. Dies ist für ähnliche Häuser/Fincas nicht selbstverständlich. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sauber und schön angelegt, wurde von uns aber noch(!) nicht genutzt, war doch noch etwas kühl. Die Sauna wird mit Holz geheizt und braucht wie angekündigt mind. 4 Stunden zum Aufheizen. Bietet für 4 Pers. sicher komfortabel Platz. Kommunikation mit Inken war immer sehr unkompliziert, Inken hat immer schnell geantwortet. Kleinere Probleme wurde schnell gelöst. Die Technik des Eingangstors hat nicht immer sofort funktioniert, soll aber bald ausgetauscht werden. Ich kann die Finca ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Super logement très bien placé au milieu de l’île ce qui fait qu’on est à proximité de tout, le quartier est magnifique et très calme. Excellent rapport qualité prix, et hôte très agréable et sympathique. Merci encore ! 😄

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Séraphin lors de notre arrivée. Il nous a présenté la maison et nous a indiqué tout ce qu'il y avait à découvrir dans la région (plages,restaurants,commerces). La maison est parfaite et fidèle aux photos de l'annonce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine avec nos enfants et le petit truc en plus la table de ping pong située à l'ombre. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Really great and clean villa. Pool towels, umbrellas for the beach, kitchen utensils, all the amenities you could need. Hosts were very friendly and we even could check in ahead of the scheduled time due to the villa being empty the day before. Great pool, great view. The only negative I could think of is out of their control: that the walk to and especially from the beach are more strenuous than we expected, as there is no direct way there.

Alloggio, proprio come da foto, bellissimi i complessi residenziali che regalano pace. Una grandissima pecca è che la casa è priva di zanzariere, i primi 2 giorni abbiamo convissuto tra mosche e zanzare, i restanti giorni li abbiamo passati sempre con le persiane chiuse, in questo modo non avevamo insetti in casa, abbiamo comprato anche l'insetticida, ma non è servito a nulla. Francisco ci ha fornito delle lenzuola e asciugamani per il bagno, purtroppo per questi ultimi, consiglio di aggiungere almeno degli asciugamani grandi, in quanto troppo piccoli, per fortuna che era estate e non si soffriva il freddo. Ci sarebbero da aggiungere piccole migliorerie alla casa per renderla più speciale, ad esempio alle sedie della sala dei cuscini, perchè erano scomode, sostituire la sedia all'esterno rotta e metterne anche una in più per poter mangiare all'esterno, tante piccole cose...ma nel complesso siamo stati bene e vissuto Minorca e la casa di Francisco appieno. Spero di tornarci presto.

El tracte amb en Lluís ha sigut fàcil amb resposta ràpida. Molt atent. La casa es troba a una urbanització molt tranquila i a 5 min d Ciutadella. Les fotos de la casa són fidels a la realitat. He estat molt bé. Una casa fantàstica amb un jardí i piscina per rematar els dies de platja i mantenint la privacitat. La casa disposa de tots els utensilis, instal.lacions descrits a la informació. És perfecte per passar unes vacances de somni a Menorca. 100% recomanable Moltes gràcies Lluís

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per una settimana ed è stato fantastico. Si trova a pochi km dall'aeroporto e dal centro di Mahon. Se si prende a noleggio un'auto tutte le spiagge più belle e ricercate si raggiungono facilmente. La piscina e la terrazza dove poter anche cenare son splendide e hanno reso la nostra vacanza molto bella. La casa ha grandi spazi ed è veramente graziosa e pulita. Lola e Miquel ci hanno accolto calorosamente e son molto disponibili. Consigliato!!!

Logement top ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 ! Merci pour votre accueil. Le logement correspond en tout point aux photos et à la description. Il est idéalement placé pour admirer les plus beaux couchers de soleil ou encore se rendre à Ciutadella rapidement.

Daniel loue 6 appartements dans une maison et chacun a un espace extérieur sans se gêner. L appartement est spacieux, propre et calme. La piscine ne fait pas partie de la maison mais d un hôtel en face . On peut s y rendre mais personnellement je ne venais pas pour ça. La station est calme avec une ambiance familiale, pas de grands complexes hôteliers mais plutôt des résidences secondaires, avec quelques restaurants et commerces de proximité. En 10’ on est à Ciutadella qui est magnifique !

Ein Schmuckstück: schönes Anwesen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer durch die erhöhte Lage. Ruhig gelegen. Liebevoll angerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man in Urlaub selbst kulinarische Kunstwerke mit den leckeren heimischen Köstlichkeiten kreieren kann. Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Der berühmte Cami de cavalls befindet sich wenigen Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, für laufbegeisterte ideal. Auch in der Nähe waren 2 kleine gut sortierte Läden, um sich mit Lebensmittel einzudecken. Eine Bäckerei war auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder hingehen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Denis qui est en charge du logement a été top du début à la fin. le logement est vraiment sympa et très bien équipé. possibilité de venir à 2 familles sans problème. de plus nous avons eu accès au garage ce qui nous a permis de ranger nos velos et paddles rigides. nous recommandons 😀

María war ein toller Gastgeber! Sie hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und uns tolle Tipps gegeben! Die Anlage ist beschauliche und ruhig - Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind um die Ecke und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar! Das Apartment hatte alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht

We spent 4 weeks in this house with 7 month old baby. The house offered everything we needed for our stay - very clean, well equipped and we felt the love that went into decorating this place. Especially the garden and the terrace were great for our child to play outside and for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Big thank you especially to Claudia for organising a crib for us. In general the communication with Claudia was super easy, informative, proactive and very fast. Additionally we made use of the offer to get a cleaning fresh up, which was extremely well organised, super thorough and affordable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Binimares!

Todo perfecto, no encontramos nada que no estuviera bien y todo fueron buenos detalles y atenciones por parte del propietario que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Procuraremos repetir

nous avons séjourné 1 semaine avec nos 2 enfants de 1 et 3 ans, le logement est idéal pour une famille, plage accessible à pied ainsi que supermarché d'appoint et restaurants.

We had a great stay. The area was very quiet. When we asked about a kettle one was purchased for us. Don't forget a torch if coming back in the dark as the lockbox was too dark to see. A few instructions in English for the cooker and washing machine would have been useful but worked it out eventually.

Wir waren Anfang November da und es war sehr schön und ruhig. Zu beachten ist, dass Ende Oktober fast alle Restaurants und Läden in Laufnähe schließen. Die Dusche ist super, Betten ok, Küche gut, Esstisch ausklappbar. Für Babybett und Hochstuhl haben wir 50 Euro gezahlt. Leider gibt es keinen Staubsauger in der Wohnung, nur einen Besen.

Nous avons voyagé avec nos deux filles. Le logement était très bien, idéal avec deux chambres. L’emplacement est très calme dans une petite rue à proximité du centre piéton. Le village de Fornells est un peu excentré mais rien n’est vraiment très loin. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Nuestra estancia en Casa Barbara ha sido perfecta. La casa es increible con unas vistas espectaculares. Gracias por todo !
