Holiday rentals with a pool in San Jaime Mediterráneo

We had a wonderful week in Joesp’s villa. It was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped for 6 adults and 3 children. Couldn’t get the children out of the pool! The location was quiet. 5 minute walk to supermarket and 10 minutes to centre/restaurants and beach. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

Schöne, saubere und große Ferienwohnung, die eigentlich ein Haus ist mit großer Terrasse und Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter Lola & Miquel wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich, erreichbar und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Sehr geeignet für einen Aufenthalt mit Baby, da Ausstattung (Bett, Hochstuhl, Badewanne) vorhanden. An den Geräusche des nahen Flughafen muss man sich kurz gewöhnen, dies klappt aber sehr gut. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens empfehlen.

We stayed at the villa for 8 nights in June. Dan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The Villa is as shown in the photos - well presented with a nice pool/outside dining area and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommended this villa.

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. Logement parfait pour se déplacer dans Ciutadella à pied ! Décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! Maison de ville au top, ! Juste parfaite au niveau agencement ! Le patio et la piscine très agréable ! Je recommande !

I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

We stayed in the appartments for two weeks with our two kids (1 and 3 years old) at the beginning of June. The appartment itself privides everything as promised and we felt home immeriately. The door to the terrace can be locked, so the kids can't reach the pool, which is only a few meters away. The staff at the pool bar was very friendly. There are 3 pools with different depths (for babies, kids, adults). The sea is only a short walk away. Since the village is located up a hill you have to pass a long staircase, but it is also possible to reach the beach by a street (walking or by car). There are two supermarkets and some car rentals just across the street. Jose was very helpful and responded quickly, if we had any questiond. We can really recommend this appartment, especially before or after the main season.

Great place, perfect for our visit. Nice and clean with everything we needed. Only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work but we weren’t too worried about that.

Jorge preciso, flessibile ed efficiente per tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Appartamento pulito, ordinato in stile minorchino. Posizione dell'appartamento ottima sia per godere a piedi della spiaggia sottostante sia come punto di partenza in macchina per esplorare l'isola. Consigliatissimo!

We have just returned from a really wonderful stay at Mariona and Joseph's place. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved eating on the balcony with a gorgeous sea view. You can't beat the location of the flat, just downstairs there is a supermarket and great cafe, and you are minutes from the pool and beach. The surrounding area is beautiful too, we enjoyed walks along the coastpath to Binigaus and Atalis beach and our children enjoyed the Loc de Menorca zoo. Mariona was a very kind and helpful host, she answered our questions very quickly. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home, we hope to be able to come back one day. Thank you also for the gifts of wine and biscuits on arrival, very much appreciated.

Belle semaine en famille dans le logement proposé par Emilio. Le logement est bien situé car il permet d'accéder facilement partout sur l'île. Nous étions en basse saison avec très peu de monde, peu de commerces ouverts, mais comme nous recherchions le calme c'était parfait.

Un apartament ideal! Amb totes les comoditats, la cuina molt equipada i unes vistes genials del far. La piscina també estupenda. Hi tornarem!

Super séjour , je recommande ce logement surtout avec des enfants c’est parfait ! La résidence avec les piscines, le parc de jeux, le supermarché, la plage et des restaurants sont tout proches c’est génial. Rober a été très agréable et disponible :-).

Todo perfecto. Gemma es muy educada y responde rápidamente. Gran ubicación. Todo lo necesario para una estancia de una semana estaba disponible. Además, para nosotros fue una ventaja que había una cuna de bebé. Checkin / checkout fue sin problemas. Pudimos entrar por la mañana y Gemma también fue muy flexible cuando nos fuimos.

Fint og romslig hus med veldig bra beliggenhet. Rolig område uten støy på nettene, men samtidig nært både sentrum (havna) og strand. Bærer litt preg av at huset er stort, og derfor ikke helt nyvasket i alle rom. Badene bærer også preg av alderen, og er noe slitte. Uteområdet var helt supert! Vi hadde god plass til 11 stk rundt spisebordet, samt god plass til alle rundt bassenget (men kun 9 solsenger). Kommunikasjon med «key-holder» var veldig god, hun kom innom huset etter kun 10 min den ene gangen vi trengte det. Så snart stekeovnen ble brukt gikk strømmen i hele huset, og vi måtte slå av lys + aircondition for at strømmen ikke skulle fortsette å gå under matlaging. Dette var dog en enkel løsning på; da man bare måtte skru på sikringa i sikringsskapet utfor nabohuset. Totalt sett et rimelig og hyggelig opphold!

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einem wirklich sauberen großen Haus. Die Betten waren super bequem und es war wirklich gut ausgestattet- bis auf Zahnputzbecher und evtl. Seife für die Ankunft. Es hatte auch einen tollen Aussenbereich mit fantastischem Blick. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

A lovely stay, great town, great location, some good shop and places to eat close by. Pool is not heated and not lots of sun in the pool area but this was month of October so I’m sure it’s perfect in summer! Thanks

Nous avons passé un excellent court séjour. La maison était impeccable et bien équipée, spacieuse et paisible; la personne de la réception très agréable. L'emplacement permet un point de départ idéal pour découvrir l'île. La piscine était grande et propre et toute la famille ravie. C'était vraiment trop court !

Es war wirklich super, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage war top ich kann es nur empfehlen. Wir waren vier Personen, die Zimmer waren groß, es war sehr gepflegt, und vor allem fanden wir sehr schön, wie es eingerichtet war. Vielen Dank

The place is wonderful, the view is worth the drive and price. There's a gecko living in the yard and we would look at it hunt each evening in the terrace behind the lamp, it was fascinating! The whole house is beautiful, make sure to wear slippers outside, as there are little cactus spines on the ground. The host was super fast in responding, we had some electrical issues the first day, but the service man came late in the evening (around 11pm and we were already asleep) and fixed it fast. The service man who showed us around the house did not speak english, but it was not a problem, he was patient 😀 All in all, I truly recommend the place if you want some peace and quiet. Definitely you'll need a car to get around, as most of the popular places are quite far 😊 Cows and goats have visited us in the yard, saw a small scorpio inside the house, some big spider, lots of ants, but it's normal cause you're somewhere in the middle of nature! loved it, recommend!!
