The place was fine, but the apartment lacked cleanliness. It smelled very musty. The sheets, the beds, in general, the cleaning was not done well. A little dust. It would be good to wash the sheets and shake everything well.

The place is very nice, the apartment is well equipped and Adriana was very kind and attentive.

Excellent experience, a totally recommended place, we are a group of 12 and everyone in my family really loves the place. The apartment is very central, the condominium is very nice and has all amenities.

The apartment looks even better than the pictures . It has beautiful Mountain Views . I loved having my coffee in the mornings sitting on the terrace. I’ll be back .

Propicio para familia con niños que gustes de los piscinas, toboganes and other humas areas. The toilet at the property is spotless. Just as described in the ad. It has hotel registration (great point in its favor although it is reflected in the price. It is to be noted that the price was competitive). Owner/admin responds promptly and always pending that all was well. Sitio to visit again.

2nd time staying in Beatri apartment and I ABSOLUTELY love it!!! Everytime I plan to come to Medellín this place is a must check for availability for me.

The place is comfortable, it looks a little bigger in photos. It is very well equipped with good ventilation and everything you need to have a good time.

An excellent place to share as a family, everything super organized, a grill in the apartment would be good.

The entire stay was formidable, Diana was always present, for all our questions and help, a very clean and tidy apartment, on foot you can reach supermarkets, bars and restaurants, a strategic point in every direction. We'll be back!!!

Favorite place to stay in Medellin

Fantastic, bright, and spacious apartment just 2 minutes from the metro station. The flat is in a really quiet building and a family-oriented area. We spent a month here and everything was superb. Sergio is very kind, attentive, and super helpful at all times—always super quick to respond. We had a couple of minor issues with the lights and the boiler, and Sergio dealt with them brilliantly, making sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible. We work from home and the internet speed was excellent—we never had any issues with it. You can easily get an Uber from here, and do your grocery shopping online and get it delivered straight to your door.. If you need anything else, there’s a small supermarket just a 2-minute walk from the flat (plus several food stalls nearby where you can buy local dishes and handmade juices). If you’re looking for a quiet and well-located place that is the perfect place to choose. Thank you!

Great location and the view is sweet! Removed from most of the noise so a positive. Secure building and walkable to everything. Grocery store, stadium, metro and numerous restaurants etc. Also on Sunday right around the corner they shut down a road lane for bikers and runners. Cool spot if you wanna experience where the locals hang
