I love this building and Brenda and Claudia’s apartment was very comfortable, beautiful, peaceful and close to many fun areas!

I had an amazing stay! The place was absolutely beautiful—clean and had a great atmosphere. But what really made the experience special was Daniel! Super helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely made sure everything was perfect. If you're looking for a great spot with an awesome host, this is it. Highly recommend!

Mis hijos, esposa y yo la pasamos super, el apartamento es muy bonito, la unidad es bonita y muy bien ubicada. Henry es excelente persona y está 100% pendiente de todo, es muy amable

The location was nice and family friendly. It was easy to walk into town and safe. My only recommendations on a personal note would be to add another air conditioner to the living room because it gets hot. On a second suggestion, it would be to open the pool area before 10:00am. Other than that, I would recommend this place for nice vacation.

Quartier dynamique et vivant. Appartement avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes. Belles grandes portes patio qui ouvre l’espace sur le balcon. Belles salles de bain contemporaines. Bien équipé. Climatisation dans les chambres. Accès à la terrasse sur le toit qui offre une vue panoramique incroyable sur les montagnes. Endroit très propre.

This was the most wonderful Airbnb experience! Hands down the best in Medellín, in the lovely area of Laureles. The space is huge, clean, spacious and full of light. The balcony on the second floor is a dream and the jacuzzi is *chef’s kiss*. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city, which we loved to just sit and take in at night. It truly felt like an oasis. The hosts were kind and very quick with responses, addressing any questions we had. They were even flexible with our checkout, which we greatly appreciated. The weekly cleaning was also a beautiful touch. Highly recommend!

This place was incredible and it was exactly what i was looking for. The view in the morning and especially at night made this pace one of kind. Place is very walkable with multiple restaurants and grocery stores in the area. My favorite part from all of this was the jacuzzi in the bedroom. It made for a relaxing night with me and my girlfriend. Also, this may not be in the description of the bedroom but the TV does pull out and swivel so that the tv can face the bed, this made it perfect for just watching movies before bed. I would definitely recommend this place and will be renting it once again in the near future

I would like to thank Jovany and his family for allowing us to rent their house. everything was as described. the house is very spacious and clean. close to many restaurants and services. there is a grocery store literally steps away from the property. you will be very pleased if you stay here. zero issues.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Monsieur Edwin. Lui et son équipe ont été très disponibles et réactifs, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. La maison est magnifique, très bien entretenue, et idéalement située dans le quartier de Laureles, à proximité des restaurants et même à quelques minutes en voiture du Poblado. La locación es insuperable, muy cerca de todo, un vecindario muy agradable con vecinos amables, restaurantes y un parque cerca. La habitación tiene todo lo que se necesita para cocinar, baño privado, ventilador y una cómoda cama, buena relación precio/calidad. Doña Aura es un amor de persona siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo, le da vida al lugar.

El apartamento de Paula es excelente. Está impecable, en una ubicación muy conveniente y en un sector súper tranquilo. Las camas son cómodas y cuenta con todo el menaje necesario para una estadía confortable. Además, Paula siempre estuvo muy pendiente de lo que se necesitaba. ¡Súper recomendable!

The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Es un muy buen lugar ubicado en bello el conjunto es bien bonito , tranquilo ,la gente es muy respetuosa y amable , los anfitriones también son muy cordiales , amables y eficientes lo recomiendo 10/10

I was really impressed with this apartment, all the attention to detail and very modern decoration makes it feel like home. The view is amazing from all rooms, everything feels new and there are very good cafes for coffee and drinks close by. Olga is an amazing host, very kind, proactive and always quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommended, you will not regret booking this place, it really is a 5 star apartment.
