Holiday rentals with a patio in San Joaquín

Very comfortable apartment with a beautiful view... Everything is very clean and tidy, easy access and flexible check-in... It has air conditioning which makes the stay much more pleasant.

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

We had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at the apartment, as it is modern, very clean, and has a super nice decoration! Perfect utensils and Daly is always super helpful, guiding us in everything! We stayed 5 days and left missing our little house in Chile! Certainly, on a return to Chile, that's where we'll choose! A highlight is the bed, which is very comfortable and warm! Waking up and seeing the Andes is priceless! Quiet neighborhood, we feel safe all the time, very family friendly! It's not worth 10, it's not worth 1000!

Very good first experience. Estefanía is a 10 in attention, attentive to resolve any questions or queries. 100% recommended. The apartment met all my expectations and accommodation needs. There are a variety of minimarkets less than a block away to cover all kinds of needs and, if needed, transportation is available on the corner of the block.

We spent 5 days and loved the place, great location, with shopping, subway and a Lider market right in front (where there is everything we need). The apartment is super fragrant, beds, bathrooms, dishes, clean towels… everything we need to feel at home. Javier is always very helpful, he answered all questions quickly. I RECOMMEND HIM!!!

Everything is impeccable, a quiet place, small but very comfortable. We had a problem with the water temperature that they quickly solved, very attentive and helpful. A few blocks away you have the subway, a Censo, a Líder, and several stores. Very cozy and recommended. Thank you very much.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

The house is as shown in the images...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We loved it from the autonomous entrance that the house has and the place is very nice as in the photos, we were able to share quietly, the owner was very kind at all times, we would return without hesitation in another opportunity. We thank don diego for his kindness

The space is very comfortable identical to the photos .. meters from a supermarket and a short walk from the shopping center.. we had a very good stay.. Recommended .

The accommodation is very close to the subway station, which is a plus for mobility in the city. In the area there are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and a pub. The accommodation is as advertised, comfortable and quiet

Arriving in Santiago was very smooth and I had no difficulty accessing the building or entering the apartment, as the electronic lock was great in this regard. The apartment has a great location and is very close to the Manuel Montt subway station, which makes it easy to get anywhere in Santiago. The balcony overlooks the Andes, but it is only possible to see when the weather is clear. The kitchen is very small and has a two-burner stove, which is nice for preparing breakfast. We had very cold days and the room heater was sensational. The Wi-Fi is very good and Netflix is available. The region also has pizzerias, cafes, markets, etc. Anyway, we hope to be able to stay there again in the near future.

Excellent place! Very comfortable! Close to the Mall Parque Arauco and Parque Araucano! Do everything on foot! I highly recommend it!
