My family had a fantastic experience staying at this house . It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were especially kind and welcoming—she were easy to communicate with, responded quickly to any questions, and made sure I felt at home. 1,000,000 stars out of 10! This place is majestic! Sir Noel (the owner) was very kind in answering all our questions prior to our booking. Upon booking, Giovanni (the general manager), was very helpful in all our concerns prior to check-in. When we get to the place, we were in awe. This is the first time we booked a place that’s true to it’s claims and descriptions. Here are some things we appreciated: - Very pristine everything! The gazebo, the pool, the grounds, the kitchen, the washrooms! - Very friendly and helpful staff! We felt very at home because of all of them. They were very willing to assist us in everything we need and buy some stuff for us and showed us how to get around - Complimentary breakfast. Prepared on time and very thought of. - Worth your ₱ money! The place is very serene and calming. We stayed during the holy week and we did have a lot of time to reflect, rest and reset with all 15 of us without any worries! We will be back for sure 1,000,000 times!

It was nice for our 4 groups as each had their own space and would gather at the kitchen or pool. Was suitable for our 2 dogs also. The lake was unavailable due to the recent rains but that was ok as the pool was there.

Nice and interesting place with some nice views from the rooftop deck. The A/C units and the hot water in the shower work great. Felt great to have a real hot shower. Peter is a great host. He is very helpful, friendly, professional and responsive.

The place is exactly as advised! The villa is peaceful, clean, and very accessible. Easy check-in/out process. What I love about most is they have their own restaurant so that you can dine without leaving the villa. And of course, the Hobbit houses. Comfortable bed, good bathroom, and soooo pretty. ❤️ I’d definitely be back here!

Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

We had a great stay and we’ll be back for sure :) Everyone was friendly and helpful. Fast wifi too!
