The apartment is just as described, very tidy, equipped kitchen, the heating works very well, clean bathrooms, a spectacular view. Arturo correctly describes that they were sofa beds, I didn't have great expectations, but of course, it's not comfortable at all. If you go in winter season, you have a schedule on the way up and down to get to the accommodation, of which we were not aware, I am not from the area and our host did not consider it relevant, when telling him the situation that we had to wait 5 hours halfway to get to the accommodation, he said that "it was not his responsibility". The place is nice and is very close to the ski slopes, in general it is a nice experience except for the sofa beds and the traffic restrictions to get to the accommodation.

Very nice and confortable flat. Lots of light through the big windows and very enjoyable big terrace with an open and very nice view. Fully equipped, and practical, quiet and still centrally located. Excellent host, very responsive and reliable.

Our stay was excellent! We had to shorten our trip by a day, since one of us was suffering from altitude sickness. Jaime accommodated the reservation change and refunded the day even though it is normally not refundable. We also reserved the hot tub and sauna last minute multiple times, and Jaime was able to accommodate that too! The location is truly ski in ski out.

This was an absolutely lovely studio. We had a great time. The place was so clean and safe.

The experience at the accommodation was spectacular. Karen very kindly responded to my needs both at check-in and check-out. Without a doubt, one of the best stays we've ever had. Mario was always concerned with serving us in the best way, and was always available. He gave us several recommendations, regarding the accommodation we have nothing to say, everything as advertised. It was impeccable and everything was as expected, we recommend it without fear of making a mistake.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in a depto de Sergio and through him I reached this depto. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very accommodating. The depto. is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Parque Arauco. It is at an important junction of Santiago and with excellent arteries to move around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everyone is spotless (the appliances: coffee machine, electric pava, toaster, hair dryer, etc are in perfect condition). The environments are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is a wonder!!!! Definitely a place to return. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thank you to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

I've been to several Airbnbs in Santiago and this has definitely been the best. The apartment is modern, clean, very well distributed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access and surrounded by services. In addition, the host was very attentive and always responded in seconds, which made everything easier. 100% recommended, I would definitely come back.

My stay with my wife was amazing! Francisco is an excellent host, received us super well, gave all necessary instructions before and during the stay, left alphajores, coffee capsules and other treats that make a lot of difference in a reception that was mega cosy! The apartment is super functional, all equipped, clean, organized, close to good markets and 2 subway stations. The day I return to Santiago for sure I want to stay again and I will recommend to everyone that one day they go there too!
