It is located one block from the shopping center in front of the hotel zone; you can walk to the beach, and there are several convenience stores and an 8 km bike path very close by. My house is family-friendly and the condominium is very quiet, so parties are not allowed and the rules are strict in that regard.

Fully equipped house with excellent location, one block from the main square of Ixtapa and 3 blocks from the beach "El Palmar". The condo has a palapa, pool, children's pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs. The house has a private terrace with a table, chairs and a umbrella. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV, such as the living room. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and a small drying rack. The house has full kitchen. WiFi is exclusive for the house.
