El lugar es perfecto. El apartamento es super cómodo, y muy bien equipado. Fue una estadía maravillosa. Los anfitriones estuvieron siempre atentos a nuestras dudas y solicitudes. Sin duda volvería.

¡Todo espectacular! Nuestra estadía en la casa fue increíble. La propiedad está súper bien cuidada, limpia y muy cómoda para descansar y disfrutar. Carmen fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre atenta y muy amable desde el primer momento. Definitivamente fue una experiencia encantadora y no dudamos en volver. ¡Recomendadísima!

Mi estadía fue excelente y definitivamente volvería sin pensarlo dos veces. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara, rápida y muy amable, lo que hizo que todo el proceso de llegada fuera fácil y sin complicaciones. El lugar es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, e incluso mejor. Todo estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y con una decoración acogedora que hace que uno se sienta como en casa. La cama era cómoda, había buena presión de agua en la ducha, y todos los espacios estaban bien equipados con lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, ya fuera corta o larga. La ubicación también es un punto fuerte: segura, tranquila y con acceso fácil a supermercados, restaurantes y transporte, lo que fue perfecto para moverme sin dificultad. Sin duda se nota que el anfitrión cuida los detalles y se preocupa por ofrecer una buena experiencia. Me sentí muy a gusto todo el tiempo, y es un lugar al que volvería sin dudarlo en mi próxima visita. ¡Gracias!

Excelente lugar, full recomendado, todo estaba muy limpio y organizado. La cmunicacion con Julie fue muy buena, respondio muy rapido todas nuestras inquietudes y el water park excelente para los niños. Nos divertimos mucho en familia. Muchas gracias Julie por estar siempre pendiente.

Burma's place was great for my family. The balcony with the view of the ocean was wonderful. The beach and property were clean. Burma's condo was as described and suited all of our needs.

This is the fourth time my husband and I have visited Panama and our first to stay at Rio Mar. Our stay in Keith’s condo was lovely and relaxing. The view from the many windows gave us a panoramic view of the ocean with the morning sun coming up on our balcony. The beach was a short walk from our door. The condo itself was amply furnished the way that we enjoy with spacious areas throughout. The kitchen had everything to make our stay enjoyable and having three full baths was a bonus. We had a few glitches with the condo but Sery was quick to correct them. Our stay was for four weeks with the first two on our own and the last two spent with two friends. We enjoyed the four different pools, the poolside restaurant and the many choices of seating in the common areas. There were many amenities available if one wished to use them. The cleanliness of the grounds show that Rio Mar takes pride in their surroundings. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Beautiful home! Definitely a great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host was very responsive and friendly to any questions we had.

It is a very nice place to spend a long weekend… our pets felt like home and we all were very welcome by the staff. We will definitely go back.

El departamento está bien para una pareja y niños pequeños, las amenidades del PH son bastante agradables y el acceso a la playa es directo, muy recomendable

La estadía fue excelente. La casa es de gran calidad de construcción y amplitud. Tiene todo lo que es necesario para disfrutarla. Los muebles son también de muy buena calidad y la decoración muy adecuada y de estilo. La anfitriona se comunica con agilidad de tal forma que todo fluye. La belleza del entorno natural es extraordinaria. Como nacionales del Cono Sur (uruguayos, argentinos y de Chile) valoramos y disfrutamos mucho la parrilla.

The property offers exceptional hospitality, a stunning natural setting, and a spacious, well-equipped environment. The accommodations are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedrooms and beds that ensure a pleasant stay. For those who appreciate nature, this is an ideal destination. My family, including my two daughters (ages 6 and 8), my wife, and my mother-in-law, thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Great stay, Greg was very responsive, and an awesome view. Mind that mobile reception at the location can be a bit spotty, and no WiFi, so maybe (currently) not optimal for a digital nomad or similar that depends on high speed internet. But does make it ideal to disconnect a bit, and really enjoy nature. Many birds and other animals around, and a great pool and terrace to lounge on. Watch the stairs outside though, they are a bit tricky ;)

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location is unbeatable – just 100 meters to the bay and 150 meters to the ocean. The apartment itself was perfect: everything we needed was right there, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The swimming pool was an added bonus, making our mornings and evenings even more relaxing. The owner truly made our trip unforgettable. He organized everything for us, from airport transfers to meals at his fantastic restaurant. He even recommended and arranged the best local trips, helping us explore the beauty of the surrounding area. Additionally, the owner has several businesses in the area, including a restaurant and other services, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips! We couldn’t have asked for a better host or location. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a worry-free and enjoyable vacation.

Quedamos encantados con nuestra experiencia en esta propiedad. La casa superó nuestras expectativas; es aún mejor que en las fotos! Es super acogedora y cómoda, perfecta para una familia grande como la nuestra. Al llegar todo estaba limpio y la cocina estaba completamente equipada con utensilios más que suficientes para preparar comidas para nuestro grupo. Además habian insumos suficientes de aseo personal y de limpieza, también elementos de cocina que son indispensables como papel toalla y sevilletas, hasta papel aluminio y ziplocs, así como condimentos, entre otros... El espacio es ideal para pasar unos días en familia, especialmente si son grupos grandes de entre 6 y 12 personas. La piscina es un plus excelente. La casa está cerquita de playa Coronado aunque nos gustó más la playa de Santa Clara que está como a 30 min de allí. Cada rincón de la casa está pensado para brindar comodidad y hacer que uno se sienta como en casa. La anfitriona es muy amable.

Such a wonderful house! We stayed there for a month with no issues whatsoever. The place is so lovely, very quite, clean and in a walking distance to the beach. The host is incredibly responsive. Everything in one package!))

Es un departamento muy bien ubicado, muy cómodo, muy limpio, con mucha luz natural, con muy lindas vistas. Solo puedo contar cosas buenas de nuestra estadía en él. Tom y Karen se esfuerzan para que los visitantes se sientan bien, son muy amables y están pendientes del mas mínimo detalle. Todo funciona, y está muy completo. El edificio es muy lindo con un personal amable y respetuoso con áreas sociales lindas y limpias. Juan el gerente que nos ha recibido ha estado pendiente de todo y nos ha atendido con una amabilidad y cortesía que son para aplaudir. Gracias!!

This is a fabulous Airbnb if you want to experience Panama outside the big city. The property itself has a gorgeous pool! It is also close to a beautiful beach called Playa Teta, which most days you will have all to yourself! Just make sure to take a cooler with drinks and food since there is nothing on the beach, other than you. :) Alex is a wonderful host and is VERY responsive. He even helped us find a shipping store, lol! Great stay!

I had a wonderful time. Building location is perfect. Right on a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and a market. Very quiet. I will definitely return
