Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #00026) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.

The kitchen features light wood cabinetry and granite countertops, equipped with stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar with seating for four promotes casual dining. Natural light enters through two windows, enhancing the spacious atmosphere of the area.
