The newly upgraded Ipil accommodation unit is situated on the first floor within a small wooded enclave within walking distance of restaurants and bars. On the premises there is a laid back beach resto-bar and a dive centre. Ipil is located 20m from a small sandy beach and the coastline is unspoilt. There are spectacular corals 30m offshore which are host to an interesting variety of sea life. The coastline is safe for swimming and snorkelling (need reef shoes). Amazing sunsets and views.

The house is NOT air-conditioned but the temperature is comfortable inside. A traditional-modern house in a province that love dogs and roosters! (They are everywhere on the island). A house not far from Paliton beach, and a 5-7 minute drive to restaurants, bar and cafés. There is also a restobar nearby. Has an outdoor kitchen and is equipped for longer stay.
