The building has 2 elevators, a security guard service, and parking for one vehicle, as well as proximity to the entrance to the ocean.

Comfortable apartment on the 7th floor with spectacular ocean views, beautiful beach, fully furnished. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning, dining room, living room with sofa and TV, wifi, refrigerator, full kitchen, fan, balcony with nice ocean view, 2 pools for children, 1 pool for adults. We are in the Milina sector. The condo is called Torre Oceánica and we are 1 block from the Hostería el Faro and 4 blocks from the Supermaxi.
