Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Lorenzo

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

The stay was great! This is the second time I have come and I would come back a thousand times more!! The house is the same as the photos!! Everything super equipped and very clean..many things to do around, great area!

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

The apartment was very clean, says my girlfriend and she understands about it. Furnishings were good, everything you need was there. Zone safe and grocery stores nearby.

It is a very nice apartment in a quiet area. Very close - in Avenida Bogiani - there is a great local asado bar with lovely grilled meats at low prices. In the apartment I appreciated huge beds with comfortable mattresses. The hosts were very helpful. From the very beginning they appeared to be caring and totally devoted to guests. We asked them if we could arrive late at night and that was not any problem for them. They welcomed us with smile and little gifts. I can definitely recommend this place.

I had a really nice stay. The place was impeccably clean and well organized, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The area is very quiet, ideal for rest and relaxation. I definitely recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

great condo in a great neighborhood. there's a brewery next door and many good restaurants. we loved having the king sized bed. the condo is in excellent condition and everything works. the balcony is great and the place is well stocked up with cooking supplies and coffee machine. the hosts responded immediately and we're very kind. We have stayed in this beautiful apartment several times already and it was an excellent experience. Everything as described: comfortable, impeccable, very well equipped and with a privileged location in Asunción. The hostess was super friendly and attentive at all times. 100% recommended! We would return without hesitation.

Gustavo's place was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed being able to walk to local shopping and restaurants in a beautiful part of town. He was always responsive and helpful. We will be back!
