Casa Despertares (Las Rabonas)

Beautiful house in Las Rabonas, Traslasierra, Cordoba, with a covered area of 100M2, on a 900M2 land, a back view of the Champaquí hill, spacious living room with wood-burning home, kitchen with ice cream maker, microwave and dishes for 4 people, sleeping in suite with King bed, and another with two beds. Covered garage and quincho with grill. It has air conditioning in the living room, WIFI and linens. Las Rabonas is attached to Nono, the center of the village and the main spas are very close.

Mountain Retreat

The house is at the foot of the mountain, in a residential neighborhood. A few blocks from the entrance to Mogote Bayo, a reservation hill that has viewpoints and hiking trails. A few blocks from the entrance to La Reserva, another park where the road to Salto del Tabaquillo begins in the stream of the Windmill. It has a bus on the corner from downtown and goes to La Reserva and goes downtown . I have some skunks visiting nights coming down the mountain. They're magical and curious.

Homastia es una casa tipo loft en un terreno de 3000m2 ubicado en la montaña a 1.9km de la Ruta 14. Cuenta con pileta y vista panorámica al dique La Viña y a las Altas Cumbres. A 400 metros se encuentra un arroyo con sendero y 9 ollas de agua y a 200 metros el sendero que conduce a la cima de la montaña con tres paradas de importancia turística: La Bandera, el Bosque de Tabaquillos y La Ventana en la cima de la montaña.

40 mts house inside neighborhood closed with 280 hts ecological reserve. The house is a solar-powered loft in nature. You enter through route 14 and Monte inentro, after 2km you reach the house. Few neighbors, quiet and retired place. Keep in mind that it's far! Until the route are 10' and the route to the village is 5'. It has SUM with a pool and a quincho at the entrance to the neighborhood.

Our cabin is located at the foot of the mountain and a few minutes from the village of Yacanto San Javier in Traslasierra. Located in a beautifully maintained 2-hectare garden with an incredible view of the mountains and the valley. We have a clay tennis court.

It is a house located in a ravine, surrounded by trees and lush vegetation. Its decoration is simple and the interior is very bright. It has a comfortable kitchen, full bathroom and a comfortable bedroom. It doesn't have a pool.
