Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. Amazing little town, we made a stop on our way to Bari from Milan to split the distance and we did not regret it! The house is beautiful and very well designed, decorated with high aesthetics. It’s perfectly located in the old town although getting in and out with the car and the luggage was a challenge due to several works on the road where you need to deviate and then you just get stuck in the town’s small roads. The food recommendations were top notch and we would definitely consider revisiting. One thing to keep in mind, there is no air conditioning, Alessandro provided us with a fan but in hot days if you are heat-sensitive as we are you might find it difficult to sleep well! Overall the experience was so good that we actually enjoyed it!

Our stay in Montebenichi was almost indescribable. Having been to Tuscany before, this time was pure magic. The flat is within the compound of a 12th century fortress village that is mostly inhabited by residents. Tommaso had stocked the kitchen with plenty of coffee, milk, water, juices, snacks and his grandmother's amazing Limoncello! The pool area has the most incredible view with an outdoor kitchen where Tommaso arranged for us to have a traditional Tuscan cooking class. He also made reservations for us at the village Michelin-rated restaurant that is just steps from the flat. One of our favorite things was hearing the wolves of Tuscany howl in the distance - no need to be afraid - it was pure magic. We saw very few tourists which made the experience even better. Moreover, Tommaso was THE BEST HOST we have ever had while staying at an Airbnb. His dedication to ensuring the perfect stay for us was truly a standout. We can not say enough good things about our stay!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und haben es wieder sehr genossen! Es ist so ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Ort zum entspannen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und werden wieder kommen 😊

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich schön! Die Lage, die Einrichtung - einfach alles. Kommunikation mit Giulia war ebenfalls super, schnelle Antwort und Hilfe. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Sie ist genauso wie auf den Fotos: Sehr schön eingerichtet, ruhig und mit tollem Ausblick. Eines der schönsten Airbnbs, in denen wir bisher waren! Der Pool war leider geschlossen, dafür kann man aber in den umliegenden Seen schwimmen gehen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, wollen aber ganz sicher noch einmal wiederkommen und dann auch länger bleiben!

Fantastisches Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig in ca 40 Minuten zu erreichen, es fahren auch regelmäßig Busse direkt vor der Haustür ab. Das Haus ist super sauber,und verfügt über ein wunderschönes Privatzimmer mit großem Bett ( auch für größere Menschen super geeignet). Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen tollen Balkon mit Liege, auf dem man nach einem Tag in der Stadt super entspannen kann (Rauchen ist erlaubt).Valentina und ihr Mann sind super liebenswerte und herzliche Menschen mit einer interessanten Lebensgeschichte, die beiden waren immer hilfsbereit und äußert freundlich, die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. ich habe mich wie Zu Hause gefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen, top Preis Leistungsverhältnis, sehr zu empfehlen.
