The farm features a large outdoor palapa, a pool, an in-ground fire pit, true composting toilets and gorgeous outdoor showers which are SHARED across the 6 cabins! Oh and don't forget it's in front of a beautiful lake with tons of wild life (many bird migrations) all around.

Lupita is a very cozy space, the patio is the central part of the house. Ideal for 4 people since there are two bedrooms (King & Queen Size) and two full bathrooms. The living room and kitchen share the same space (see photo gallery). There are 2 TVs (55' & 30'). The second bedroom has a desk to work on. We have internet 300 MB (Telmex Infinitum) . Private non covered parking. A true little nest in the heart of Chapalita. Totally independent. ASK US ABOUT THE GYM - We got a great deal !!!

Hermosa casa de adobe en el corazón de Teuchitlán, pueblo ubicado frente a la Presa de la Vega a 45 min en carro desde Guadalajara. Está acondicionada para recibir cómodamente a 4 personas. Cuenta con jardín para parrilladas o bien tomar el sol, además de Wi-fi, cable, cochera y agua caliente. El baño se encuentra en el pasillo del jardín. La casa se encuentra a 2 cuadras de la plaza, 3 cuadras del paseo del río... tiendas de abarrotes ubicadas a 1 cuadra y un Oxxo en la entrada del pueblo.

The apartment is on the second floor, has two rooms for two people each, a shared bathroom and a common living room-kitchen area, with a sofa bed for an extra person. Ideal for short stays or to enjoy the town's festivities.

Only a SOLAR HEATER is available. We are in a residential area so excessive noise is not allowed and PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
