The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. One hour from the coast and beaches and two from Oviedo. There are a variety of hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. This area has a special microclimate. It is located in a mountainous area but only 200 meters above sea level, well protected from the north and with good exposure to the south.

Disconnect from the routine in this comfortable and relaxing little house. Our house is located within the Somiedo Natural Park, in the village of La Peral. The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower.
