Holiday rentals with a patio in San Miguel de Allende

We had a fantastic stay at Lisa’s apartment in San Miguel de Allende. The space is beautifully decorated with local artwork and has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Lisa provided an incredibly thoughtful guide to SMA—full of curated recommendations, contacts, and insights on restaurants, shops, and more. The rooftop deck was a highlight—we spent every evening enjoying the peaceful city views. The shower was the best we’ve had in all our travels across Mexico: consistent pressure and temperature, surrounded by beautiful tile and lush green plants. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the main square in a safe, quiet, and secure neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Very nice views from the patio. Conveniently located electrical outlets. Good WIFI. Amazing water pressure in the shower! The windowed bathroom is renovated as is the kitchenette. It's a nice mix of renovated details with traditional, original details -- like the terracotta floors. The area is generally quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent host, the truth is a very nice apartment and the subdivision is very quiet, it has many amenities and the view is very pleasant. We went to a gastronomic event, but the restaurant in the subdivision is highly recommended, all the dishes we ordered were excellent. We had a great time and you are invited to come back many times.

This is a gorgeous and spacious place with modern amenities. Very secure and safe. Wonderfully situated close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants and other attractions. Climate control within apartment is great.

The cottage is very nice, and very close to the emblematic places of the place, both day and night, it is a super safe place to walk! We will definitely return 🫶🏻

The place is amazing, exactly as described. Can’t beat location, great pool, bathrooms, amazing terraces. Would definitely come back! Only drawback was there is a venue nearby that hosts weddings and on Saturday it got loud inside the house.

My stay at this Airbnb was simply unbeatable. This was our second stay here. It is a beautifully unique home in a great location. It’s quiet and peaceful.

My family and I stayed at Casa Luz to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! There were 8 adults, and the size was just right. The house is beautiful with amazing furniture and artwork. Steven and Mariano have created a beautiful and comfortable space for vacation and celebrations. They were also so helpful, responsive and communicative. They really went above and beyond. All of their recommendations were spot on. We had one dinner and one breakfast catered at the house by Gabby (a recommendation from Steven), and the food was delicious. Having dinner at the house was such an incredible setting, and the service was impeccable. I will definitely visit Casa Luz again. I can't recommend it enough!

I stayed here with six friends while in San Miguel de Allende for a wedding, and we had a wonderful experience. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. With four bedrooms and four beds, plus multiple fold-out couches, there was plenty of space for our group. Pedro was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond—especially when I needed help with a medical issue. I really appreciated the quick communication and support throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing spot in San Miguel de Allende! Walkable to downtown area and great view from jacuzzi!! We love each room have their own bathroom. Definitely recommend for groups of 6 people or more!!!

The place is beautiful! Just like in the pictures! The condo is in a place with a lot of vegetation and the view of the balcony is very nice, it is located upstairs and to go towards the Cathedral you have to walk downhill, but in reality it is very close (1KM). Romulus is an excellent host and was on the lookout for us all the time and I help us with what we need. I would definitely stay again during your stay.

Really great experience for me and my family, the apartment is 10/10. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity, you feel at home for the comfort, amenities and certainly the toilet. Condominium with great amenities, easy and simple access to various places, you have supermarkets, restaurants, medical service, etc less than 5 minutes away. And the hosts are excellent, good communication and are attentive to everything.

The host and co-hosts were very responsive, it's accesible to downtown and it's a beautiful place.

Very nice subdivision, easy access. Very comfortable amenities and close to the center and places to walk and eat.

What a great place! We stayed five nights for our first visit to SMA and loved how easy it was to come and go from El Centro. We used hiking the hills as a challenge workout even with the nine-year old, so doable. The two patios were wonderful, the rooftop one a bonus surprise to us, the access to the lower one from the master bedroom a nice perk. We cooked a full meal and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We were encouraged the neighborhood took compost & recycling as well. We would love to stay here again!

Yulia's place is modern clean and exceptionally taken care of by Carmen her house manager. As good or better than pictures. Very walkable to the plaza or park or City Market. 2 dollar ride to most places in city , abot 5 to farthest place you would go . Very clean and safe city lots to do. Is in a private enclave of 8 units very safe. Yulia is easy to reach. Enjoy

Andy and her husband are super friendly, welcoming and provided helpful info about how to quickly settle in. I stayed for 3 weeks. The apartment is inside a somewhat private, shared courtyard area. It's on the ground floor with an apartment above you. It provided more than ample space for one person. All of the equipment and appliances were functioning. The kitchen provide sufficient utensils, cooking pots/pans and flatware for 2/3 people and storage space for a weeks worth of groceries. The single bed is slightly firm (perfect for me). Andy provided ample drinking water in 20L jugs upon request. The apartment is a little dated nonetheless it was a great value given the location and peaceful atmosphere.
