My family had a relaxed stay. The place is exactly as advertised and it was easy to find in waze/google maps. We had everything we needed. The kids loved the dipping pool, the adults loved the sofa and tv. We love this quiet neighborhood as we used to spend summer here too, so it was great to be back and reminsce with everyone. Glad we found Bettina's place and we will definitely rebook when we get the chance.

place was nice, clean and close enough to the beach, we did have to pay extra for the extra guests, not sure why, it's not like he had to build extra bedrooms for the extra guests, the price of the stay should have been the price of the stay no matter how many guests.

The place is perfectly relaxing, have accommodating host Ms. Lai and friendly butler kuya Jhomar. A clean place. A well spent vacation with this place, will definitely book again. Thank you!

Although the place is a bit far from Liw Liwa beach, overall we had a great stay! Melissa was very responsive to my queries and gave clear directions on how to get there—she even went above and beyond with their service. Rhan, the caretaker, was also very helpful and even built us a sunshade at the beach since we had a kid with us. Definitely planning to stay here again!

This place is so spacious and perfect for groups. The bathrooms were so clean and we love the free toiletries. We did give feedback about hoping to have additional deeper pots for cooking soups, and biggert trash bins to organize trash. This is probably the most peaceful and quiet place we've ever booked. People in the area are nice and helpful. The host is quick to respond. The LPG suddenly ran out and it was replaced in a matter of minutes after I messaged Karen. The house was clean and we appreciate the appliances it has such as the hot/cold dispenser and washer. I love that the house has everything that are actually functioning and not just for the photo description.

had a great stay at this place as a large group of 11 adults plus 1 dog! The space was just right, spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped, but cozy enough to all hang out in the common area and bond over meals, karaoke, and late-night chats. The location is a huge plus, it’s literally less than a minute walk to the beach, with easy access to fun water activities like dragon boat rides, banana boats, swimming, and even ATVs nearby. The bedroom setup was perfect for a big group, with 5 double-deck bunk beds that can easily fit up to 20 people. The only downside was the lack of signal and an unstable WiFi connection, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to work remotely or stream movies/shows. Even cellular signal was weak. But honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, it gave us the chance to really disconnect from screens and reconnect with each other. Overall, an awesome spot for group trips where bonding and beach time are the main goals!

My cousins and I had a very lovely stay at TAV! Apart from the gorgeous interiors and pool, the place was well equipped with everything we could ever need—so much so that we spent more time at the villa than the beach 🤣. But I’d say that the highlight of our whole stay were the hosts, Christopher and Czarina, as well as their whole staff. Every step of the process, from booking to check-out, was such a breeze. The hosts were very prompt and thorough with their responses whenever we had questions and were also very accomodating throughout our stay. Likewise, their housekeeping team members were very helpful and sweet. We really appreciated the warm hospitality that they made us feel throughout our trip. Overall, we had such a blast and we’d love to be back! Thanks again to the TAV team for making our first trip to San Felipe very memorable 🙂

What you see is what you get. This place is really beautiful and each element of the house and amenities are well-thought off and intentional. Our family enjoyed our stay. We didn't have any issue at all. Even the caretaker Jocelyn, she's very helpful and easy to communicate with. Free water refill not only 1 but 3! To other villas we tried, isa lang usually ang free. Towels are also provided! Comforters as well. The only concern was there was, merong greasy part sa may pool, the tile part na walang tubig, siguro hindi lang nababrush kapag nalilinis since the place is always booked. Other than that, everything was really a good experience for us. <3

Highly recommend this nice place to relax with your family and friends. Caretaker was approachable and friendly. Near at the beach and good ambience. Definitely 5 stars.

Enjoyed our stay-very peaceful and the farm is really huge so there are a lot of spots to go to, you’re never gonna get bored! There is a pool as well that is accessible within the day and food is amazing! All in all, high quality service and also aesthetically pleasing. I just wish they put pictures of the actual farm on the listing so people could see how beautiful the place is. Additional points that I found out through owner Stacey that the dogs they have are rescued dogs! As a pet-lover myself, I enjoyed the quality time I had with petting the friendly dogs- they are very gentle and will not pose as threats to visitors.💘

Kudos to kuya the caretaker! Thank you for taking good care of group. Expect to walk to the beach! Roughly it took us 10-13 mins walk. We're rushing to check-out because the low water pressure in the airbnb took us a long time to shower. Even if there are like 3 showers you can only use it one at a time which kinda disappointed. Also, it would be nice to have towels for guests knowing you booked a 15k plus a night! Make sure to bring your own towel! Overall, it was a short and great stay!

My friends and I checked in at 3 PM, and from the moment we arrived, the hosts were warm and welcoming. Marilyn gave us a quick tour, and the house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. There were board games, a mic and speaker for karaoke, and a full kitchen. Everything was just as described on Airbnb. We felt right at home. I had seen a few mixed reviews before booking, but I’m really glad we gave this place a chance. We didn’t have any electricity issues, and all fees including the deposit were explained clearly before and upon arrival. There were no surprise charges. The hosts were accommodating and quick to respond to any small requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a smooth, safe, and fun getaway. Perfect for big groups looking to relax away from the city. We would definitely book again!

It is very peaceful to stay. The beach was walkable but sadly, I didn't have the chance to swim on the beach because of the weather. Overall stay was great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great stay! All the needs of our group of 6 were met, everything was well-prepared, and we truly appreciated the extra touch of providing charcoal for our barbecue night and having drinking water available upon arrival was truly amazing. The place is definitely worth the price, offering great value and comfort. This property is now our top-of-mind option whenever we're planning a trip to Zambales. We'd absolutely recommend it to our friends and look forward to staying here again!

Overall stay is great. If i have to nitpick something that would be the water pressure, lack of covered areas since it was raining during our stay we all have to stay in the kitchen most of the time, lastly upgrade the karaoke system. What we appreciate is the fast wifi, good kitchen space since we love to cook just bring your own equipment as i always do whenever I go, Large parking space

Our 3D2N stay at one of the huts were amazing. Although, tricycle drivers weren't too familiar with the huts itself, it is fairly easy to find if you know the more famous beach resorts within its vicinity. The place was really relaxing as less people were in the area. Amenities were basic, and it would really help if you bring your own cooking stuff. The place itself is fronting the beach.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at AmanDagat Beach Resort. The Dome Pearl Villa was stylish, spacious, and perfect for our group of business colleagues. Fast internet allowed us to get work done while still enjoying the private pool, beach, and incredible food at A'Züla. Peaceful, professional, and the ideal work-play getaway. Highly recommended!

The location is just near the famous restaurants and just minutes of walk away from the beach. It was raining but we still had a great time at the lanai area of the place. Higly recommended! Overall great experience. Tons of restaurants nearby, including some great local spots and hidden gems. The only gripe was the empty ATMs in the area. Just a heads-up: bring some cash ahead of time. Would definitely recommend.
