Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

400m from the obelisk with a balcony and lots of light, new!

Modern, bright and private apartment, as new. The location is super central! It's 34 square meters plus balcony, with air conditioning and TV with cable programming. 4 blocks from the Obelisk and 2 from Corrientes Avenue and 2 from 9 de Julio Avenue. You can walk to cinemas, theaters, cafes, restaurants, museums, nightclubs, and everything that Buenos As. The photos are current and 100% real! You'll have help from my co-host who lives very close by. A garage with parking spaces is located 30 meters from the building.

Dome in the heart of the City

Dome recycled to new apartment in the heart of the city. The area is full of Restaurants, theatres, coffee shops with plenty o day and night life. Only two blocks far from the iconic Colón theatre and one block from 9 de Julio Avenue, this cossy aparement is build in woden floors, with an entire renovate kitchen, plenty of day light and high ceilings. There is also a dressing room in a separate room. The main bedroom in the dome, making your stay just unique. With 2 patios and a full bathroom.
