We enjoyed our stay here. Place is more pleasant in reality than in photos. Beautiful surrounding, clean and spacious room. Complete with freebies. Hosts were responsive and provided clear information and instructions.

The place is so clean, near stores when you need to buy foods. Easy access going to tagaytay proper. It is really to the events place that we need to go. Also Leo is very responsive when we need to ask something.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

Beautiful, and cozy place. Perfect placement of tv we loved it in front of the bed. Definitely worth and recommended place to stay especially if you are going to Enchanted Kingdom. 10/10

It was a good place to stay. It is clean and the owners are very responsive. It was my second time and definitely I will go back here again.

Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! We had such a lovely stay at Editha and Archie’s place. The space was thoughtfully and aesthetically designed — you can really see the care and intention they put into every detail. It was well-equipped, and great touches like the smart lock made things super convenient. The smart toilet was a fun bonus too! Editha and Archie were also great hosts - very warm and easy to reach whenever we had questions, which we really appreciated. While there were couple of minor things to improve and we'll just share the full details with the host so it's something they can look into. Overall, we had a great experience. Rating: Babalikan!

My apo loves the unit as it has lots of fun toys for kids. He slept well on the sofa bed. Unit was well maintained and very aesthetic. Will definitely go back.

Had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Kim’s place! Definitely considering it again for my next solo getaway. The Unit The unit was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described—cozy and comfortable. Just a few small suggestions: the sink and shower drainage seemed a bit clogged and could use checking, and the ceiling fan wobbled and made some noise when turned on. The Location Perfect for a quiet escape. The area is peaceful, away from the city, with a cool breeze and beautiful natural surroundings. There are also a few restaurants nearby, which was super convenient. Just be sure to have a car, as getting around without one would be tough. The Host Kim was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Quick responses, friendly, and made everything—from booking to check-out—smooth and hassle-free. Really appreciated the warm and thoughtful hospitality!

Host was very precise with instructions and very friendly. The place was very relaxing and my whole family enjoyed the stay and rested well. Food was also very convenient if you dont have the time to go out. They have very affirdable meals available. We rested very well in our 3 days 2 nights stay. Sir Albert is very responsive to my inquiries, especially when it comes to providing directions to the location. The place itself is perfect for two people, particularly couples. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils, allowing you to cook whenever you like. Additionally, the WiFi is strong, making it ideal for anyone who works from home or is a freelancer.
