Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Very good location, central, restaurants a few steps away, if you like the party, you have the bars just nearby, the accommodation is just like the description and the photos. Bella is always attentive to what was needed and in constant communion.

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

Very nice place, private and with good facilities. Incredible views, you really feel at home.

The place is very private and quiet, the truth is very cozy and has everything you need to make you have an excellent vacation, we are sure to return soon

This home is extremely as the pictures show, serene and beautiful! The property care takers Oscar and his wife are the best, extremely sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and very hard workers. We truly enjoyed staying here and can’t wait to go back. Home away from home 🥰

Thank you for everything! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. They have it spotless and well maintained, with everything you need. Miguel was always attentive to the chat and responded quickly. Vero is the most. Pending everything, keep everything clean. Towels always smelled clean. The building is very nice, with lots of pools, restaurants, and bars. The beautiful beach.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from Soriana, which is very convenient, it is 15 minutes from the beach, and the place is very quiet and safe, The photos match the place, everything is very nice and very clean, we arrived a little early and we were able to enter without any problems, Vania was very kind :) It is also a 10-minute walk from the airport, that's great!

Everything is excellent, the location in a quiet area and the condominium pool is great, I recommend it 100%

My stay at Álvaro’s place was absolutely incredible. The property is private, secluded, and secure — perfect for a peaceful getaway. We loved the place, very nice, clean, safe, a very good location a few minutes from many local attractions, plus Juan Ramón was always attentive and available, both for questions about the Airbnb and for local recommendations. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!
