The apartment's location is the best in the entire condominium, more private, quieter and closer to pedestrian access to the center. There are all the amenities, from the dishwasher and washing machine to the 7 cm topper!

Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, minimarket and pharmacy are all within walking distance.

The holiday apartment Il Fiordo 28 with step-free interior is located in Santa Teresa Gallura and impresses guests with its view of the sea. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
