Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Small country house in northern Sardinia

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Stazzo CasAri

In the Stazzo you can enjoy the tranquility of country life, but in a very short time go from the beach life of the Isola dei Gabbiani 5 minutes by car, to the quiet of the many beaches that are located along the coast from Santa Teresa to Cannigione. Palau, a 10-minute drive, from here you can start for excursions to the Archipelago of La Maddalena and Corsica. Bed/bathroom linens not provided, possible rental on site with advance notice or use of their own.

The apartment consists of a small living room on the ground floor with open kitchen and sofa bed (two single beds, the second is pull-out), while on the first floor there is the double bedroom with balcony and bathroom; it is also equipped with large outdoor space for exclusive use with private bbq. Reserved parking space. Condominium pool. The apartment has a Smart TV (no antenna) and pocket Wi-Fi.
