La casa está ubicada en una zona preciosa y muy tranquila. Es una casa muy amplia, todas las estancias, las habitaciones y el jardín con la piscina, es fantástica. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, schöner Ausblick, Pool direkt vor der Terrasse, Zugang zum Paseo, 5min nach Estepona City, privater Parkplatz, guter Kontakt zum Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check-In. Auch für Familien sehr gut geeignet.

Really nice House in a private atmosphere! Everything was as described and the house is in a gated community, which is great! There is a really nice forecourt in front of the house which makes you feel as you are in a tiny mediterranen village. There is everything you need, from a parking lot right next to the house to an on suite bathroom in both bedrooms. Susana and Jose are great hosts, every time we needed them they replied in minutes. I'd come back and would absolutely recommend this place!

A group of 8 ladies enjoyed a fabulous weekend at Amie & Steve’s Villa. From the moment the booking was confirmed, Amie was extremely helpful with hints and tips for the surrounding area. A Whats&pp group set up a few days before arrival was very helpful. Mandy greeted us and gave us a tour of the villa, very friendly. Great location, walkable to the beach & bars, bus stop into Marbella close by, carrefour supermarket down the road…. All made for a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The villa was great, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, water pressure great, kitchen well equipped, pool was very well heated and the outdoor fridge freezer was ideal for mid afternoon ice creams and drinks without making the inside floors wet. Would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone. Great host, great location, villa exactly as described

We had a fantastic stay at Tessa's villa where we spent 12 days to celebrate my mother's 80th. The villa itself is exactly like in the pictures, with lovely furniture and super comfortable. There are plenty of toys and children books which kept the kids entertained. Most of the time they wanted to play in the pool which they loved. This time of the year the water is still quite cool, especially for our toddler so we opted for the pool to be heated and that worked out really well. The villa has a beautiful sea view and the area is generally nice and quiet. You need a car, as it residential and up a hill but there is plenty of parking space infront of the villa. Due to the location we could do daytrips to e.g. Marbella and Gibraltar which are only half an hour's drive away. Tessa as a host was fantastic and super responsive when we had any questions. All in all we loved our time there and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had a great holiday in this well presented and well appointed villa. The property is very much as you see on the photos - smart, modern and spotlessly clean. The location is also great - in the heart of the Marbesa urbanization, with easy access to the beach and all of its lovely restaurants. Comms were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, and would definitely return.

We stayed for 4 days and it was beautiful! Our stay in Istan was absolutely magical! The Airbnb was a cozy retreat with stunning mountain views right from the balcony. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. The location was ideal , a peaceful mountain setting, yet just a short drive to the vibrant city of Marbella. Evenings were spent relaxing on the terrace, watching the sunset over the mountains. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities in a welcome booklet they left for us. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

Booked a last minute booking at Nuska’s place. It was ready within an hour and we were welcomed into the place. Very hygienic and cozy ambient lighting. There are two lovely terraces with sunlight through most of the day. Full kitchen and washing machine upstairs. Would definitely recommend!!

Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Man ist direkt im Urlaubsmodus. Es gibt gleich drei unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten an denen man direkt am Haus die Sonne genießen kann. Die Anlage drum rum ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Es ist entspannt / ruhig und nicht weit weg von allem was man sehen will. Tolle Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise durch Andalusien. Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang. Immer wieder gerne!

Sara’s place, was amazing, everything was totally prestine. On arrival Ana met us and she was just lovely. Ana showed us around the apartment and made it clear to us how everything worked. Ana also informed us if we had any problems don’t hesitate to contact her. Sara response to all our questions was quick and efficient. What a beautiful peaceful apartment, we enjoyed the apartment so much. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for an amazing stay. 😊

Tania's Airbnb was stunning and easily the nicest Airbnb I've stayed in. There isn't much in the way of amenities nearby though that suited me, my partner, and our infant son as we found it incredibly tranquil. Marbella Old Town isn't too far away though the uphill walk home is challenging in the heat That said, there are numerous taxis and buses which can be availed of. Additionally, Mercadona is 10 minutes on foot, there's a nice Basque restaurant nearby, and there are nice cafes within a 1 km - 1.5 km radius. Our one gripe was the noise from the building work from the rear house during our stay. We raised this with Tania and to her credit, she did offer us alternative accommodation nearby which we declined as we didn't want to unsettle our son. Had we known there would be building work prior to our stay, we would have accepted. Overall, Tania was a great host and her property was incredible. We hope to return in the near future.

Tolle unterkunft in toller lage

We had a wonderful stay at this place! We loved the garden with the trees and flowers. The pool is really great and better than the photos. The water is very pleasant and there is a small pool for the children. The house itself is also very welcoming. It is true that you have to climb a few stairs, but you'll get used to it. Some side notes; -the drain in the shower is not really working well. -overall the house was clean when we arrived, but some spots -underneath the couch and the corners in the house- could have been a bit cleaner. -maybe it would be nice to leave a book with some recommendations (nice restaurants, beaches, places to visit etc) we have Google ofcourse but some tips from insiders would be great! -we found out that the AC in the master bedroom started leaking water when we left it on for a while. It also took a while before this particular AC gets cold. Overall a great stay and we would definitely come back!

HEERLIJK, HEERLIJK, HEERLIJK. Het verblijf is gewoonweg fantastisch! Het domein en de uitzichten zijn prachtig in de dag en magisch in de avond. Een ideale plek om helemaal tot rust te komen. Ook de hosts reageren snel op berichten. Een gouden tip: boek die massage aan huis!

We absolutely adored our stay at Rudolph’s fabulous house. Nestled away in the mountains in peace and tranquility was totally divine. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The living spaces are very chic and comfortable and the outdoor spaces are spectacular. Views from the swimming pool make you feel like you’re in a James Bond hideaway. Rudolph was reachable on the phone all the time and provided some great recommendations on restaurants. It’s probably about a 7 minute drive down in to Estepona but up a very quiet road, with some stunning views out over the sea. I wouldn’t hesitate the visit again next time we’re in the area. If you get chance to stay at this wonderful place then just book it, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Rudolph

Brilliant villa, the photos don’t do it justice in all honesty, it’s extremely spacious, the garden/pool area is alot bigger than the photos indicate. Great location, within walking distance from San Pedro old town and the beach. 15 mins from Marbella and Estepona! Our only suggestion would be to put one or two long mirrors in the villa (the girls recommended this). Highly recommend to anyone considering as an option, thanks Gemma x

The villa exceeded our expectations. It had all the amenities needed. We did quite a lot of cooking and bbq and never felt that we didn’t have something. The pool was amazing with a great view of golf course. The house was really spacious, it was easy for people to spread out and not feel cramped together for 10 days. Martin was an incredible host and made our experience very smooth, always very responsive and helpful. We realised that coffee machine was not working and there was no toaster and Martin was able to get those for us early in the morning. We also finished bbq gas and he was able to get it for us quickly. Pool was maintained throughout our stay to ensure it was clean and crystal blue. The area seemed very nice. I would recommend having a car even though it’s possible to walk to Guadalmina shopping area but in the heat it may not be as easy. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

La estancia fue genial, la casa está equipada con todo lo necesario. La temperatura de la piscina era ideal. La ubicación tranquila, al lado hay una playa y una zona de chiringuitos bastante extensa, está muy cerca de puerto banús. La comunicación con Mari de 10 Volveremos.
