This Airbnb was impeccable! The linens were fresh, the bathroom and kitchen were pristine, and everything was well maintained. The host was responsive, and check in was smooth.

We spent a wonderful few days in Maika's villa. We went for my mother's 70th birthday and Maika supported us a lot with the decorators and all the necessary information. The best thing about the villa is that it has many social spaces, such as two terraces and a family room. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are very comfortable. There is a restaurant less than 5 minutes away, the Carol pharmacy, which has a small shop that helps if the need arises to buy something.

We had a wonderful stay at Nelly’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nelly was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us great local recommendations. The space felt like a home away from home, and we truly appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Nelly as a host!

Great place to stay, very quiet and clean

We had the most incredible family vacation and it was all done to Nairobi and her wonderful husband’s hospitality and care. The home is incredible and more impressive in person with the most incredible outdoor private pool , waterfall feature and jacuzzi. We loved our time here and felt secure and so peaceful. We had such a great time staying at this villa. The place was even more beautiful than the photos, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed. The outdoor area was our favorite part. The pool, lounging in the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It felt super private and safe, which made the experience even better. The host was fantastic, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. They gave us some great local recommendations that made the trip even more special. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful escape!!

This is a very quite villa so if you are looking for a piece of mind this is the place to be. But you need to know that the person who books the Airbnb is the only person who has access to the resort pool and beach area only!! if you would like to order food and go to the cafe you must pay for a day pass and if you have kids they will cost $40 each end anyone 13 years or older will be $70. The resort staff will constantly remind you of the rule and it will seem repetitive. Also you will need a car to get back and forth to the beach because you can not walk there. The distance is too far because the original access route has been cut off by construction.

It is an exceptional house right in front of the beach with beautiful views from the house, everything was clean, we didn't need anything, full kitchen, the super comfortable rooms clean and comfortable beds. Our family felt like at home we managed to rest and enjoy the environment, the beach is excellent and dreamy sunsets. Dario is very attentive and willing. I recommend it 100%. José a super attentive and accessible host always.

the first time I went to Jose and Martina's villa was amazing but now with all the updates is even more beautiful 😍 This time I took Martina's recommendation to have Maribel help us out with the cooking and it was the best decision I ever made, she was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs.

I rented the place for my family and myself as part of my birthday celebration. I now live in the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo) and my family traveled from the United States for my 6 day celebration. We rented the villa for one day, but wish we had rented it for longer. I was very happy with the property. Upon arrival, we had to go through a security checkpoint for the gated community. I felt very safe upon arrival. We got to the property and my driver was able to easily access the property from the check in information provided by the host. We walked inside and the place was gorgeous. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds to accommodate us all. The kitchen had everything that my chief needed to prepare our meals. The outdoor space was very nice and peaceful. The pool was sparkling clean and we had no issues at all. Let me know forget to mention the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place! it’s perfect for large groups and you will not be disappointed.

It is a very cozy and comfortable private villa, it makes you feel at home, it is surrounded by a lot of greenery so it feels very cool. Martin and Carmen's attentions were always very diligent and attentive in anything we would need, I would definitely come back 🥰
