This is a beautiful apartment, well located close to the centre. The hosts are a lovely and very accomodating family. They helped us with all of our bags, they are very flexible about booking longer stays, and they even took care of our cats while we went away. Lovely people, lovely house.

That's definitely the best Airbnb in Ecuador🧡 The powerful hot shower, hot water from all the taps (not only the shower), a great semi-soft mattress, and a warm apartment, built and set up with good quality and very thoughtfully. There is also a yoga mat for workouts, which is very convenient! Additionally, there are a lot of books (in English/Spanish) to read! Everything is as described and shown in the photos. The hosts are extremely welcoming, proactive, and friendly, always accommodating to all your needs. The quiet, beautiful surroundings are pretty safe and pleasant, making it very suitable for those who would like to avoid the noisy center and enjoy walking around, while still preferring some civilization. 100% recommended!

Santiago was very friendly, prompt response to my msjs. the place is perfect for a family, it has a spectacular view since you get up in front you have a beautiful landscape of mountains clouds and you can see the whole city..the dpto is clean and tidy I recommend it.

This is a great place to stay. The location is quiet, with hiking trails a block away and plenty of fresh air. It's also just a short walk to the bus stop. The apartment is very high quality, with hardwood floors, lots of natural light, a great kitchen, and good internet. The view is excellent and the hosts are very kind and attentive. The washer and dryer were very convenient. Overall it was a positive experience and I would stay there again if I ever come back to Loja.

The weekend was simply perfect. The house offered the necessary amenities to prepare our food, set up a family table and rest. Board games allowed to enjoy an entertaining family moment before sunset from the hammock, a magical moment. Outdoor hall and awnings allow you to enjoy outdoor food on a sunny day. We enjoyed touring the property, a delight for nature lovers. It was fascinating to see the cows grazing up close and discovering that they are planting native trees. The promenade by the river was very relaxing and unique. The restoration of this centuries-old house is admirable, they have achieved a cozy and comfortable atmosphere without losing its historical charm. Feel the warmth in every corner. We're grateful for this experience. The spacious parking lot was useful for the group. We highly recommend this place for a comforting getaway near Loja! We'll be back!

Very accurate accommodation, I asked Jorge to allow me to include two 3-year-old children in the reservation and very kindly indicate that there was no inconvenience, Carmita was very helpful and kind, she gave us the tour to the house and I provide the necessary information of it! yes, total is the same with it showed in webpage, Carmen is good person, she give an accuracy guidance, so I got there without any problem. the other good point is I can use the kitchen to cook my food.

The apartment is very beautiful and spacious, Luis was very kind and was always available, the internet worked well. The apartment is located on an unpaved hill, which sometimes made access a little difficult, and the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator, but it is worth the price.

Really nice, fully equipped apartment in a super convenient location. It has extremely comfortable beds, pillows, great kitchen, everything was extremely clean. The family is so nice and helpful, I very much appreciated all their help and friendliness. It is located in a great neighborhood, very convenient to walking anywhere I wanted to go, with a wonderful pop-up fresh food market in the park block next door on Sundays. I highly recommend this place!
