It is a completely new apartment, located in the downtown area, on one of the main avenues that connect the north with the south of the city. There are convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and more nearby. It is a safe area for walking, with excellent lighting, and access to public transportation. It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Níspero II / Private Studio Apartment in Cabin

El Níspero II is a 2-story apartment located in the same cabin, which contains two apartments. This property is located in downtown Panajachel. The cabin is at the foot of a mountain and is surrounded by a forest which fosters an atmosphere of peace, comfort and nature. The apartment on the first level has an equipped kitchen and dining area, and on the second level is the bedroom and private bathroom. All areas are private!
