Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Tea Tree Hill. It’s a cosy place, and beautifully furnished. It was an easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to the nearest supermarket. Dan was super helpful, responsive and welcomed our Labrador (house trained) who also loved the stay. Highly recommend Tea Tree Hill. Perfect for a peaceful escape away from hustle and bustle! Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

Beautiful cottage! Very cosy with the fire and all other amenities. Had a fantastic stay. The cottage is very close to the penguins and close to the town centre.

Janine’s house was fabulous for our 2 week stay. Beds are comfortable. Linen was lovely. My absolute Favorite part of the home was the garden and the deck !! We loved sorting out on the deck each night. And the deck and garden are very private with lovely gates that are very easy to use. The house is amazingly well stocked. If we forgot to take anything with us, we usually found what we needed in the cupboards. Such a close little walk to the beach. We have already rebooked this lovely house again. Excellent place to enjoy Philip Island. Very close walk to the main street and beach. The place was great, and allowing pets was a big bonus 😀

My children and grandchildren stayed in this homely property with us for the weekend. The location and house was absolutely perfect and Richard was extremely kind as we hired the house for a specific purpose. The view from the property is stunning, which is hard to see just how fabulous it is from the photos. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

Kim's place is easy to find and set in a quieter part of the island with a short stroll to Surf Beach. Well appointed with everything needed for a short stay and a bonus of being pet friendly. Would highly recommend.

Tims place was a hidden gem, lovely views, spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, close to the dog beach and nature reserve. Tick, tick, tick!!!

We keep coming back to the Farm Cottage because we love the peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation, excellent location, feeding the animals with James in the mornings, and playing with Zeus the sheepdog. It was our fourth visit and we are already planning another stay! A huge thank you to Michelle and James for welcoming us back again, and for being such wonderfully hospitable and kind hosts.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kelli’s. Her home was immaculate with all the amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Kelli was extremely responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
