Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

una gran casa, jardín precioso, alberca tibia super rica y limpia siempre, casa espaciosa y aire acondicionado en casa habitación y sala , super cómoda, fuimos a todas las recomendaciones del anfitrión para comer y todas excelentes :)

Muy lindo lugar, privado y con unas buenas instalaciones. Unas vistas increibles, realmente te sientes como en casa.

Michele’s house was absolutely stunning! The home was beautifully furnished and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful views from every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The beds were comfortable. It was also great to have a golf cart to use to get to the town. Michele was very helpful and accommodating. Michele also got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. We were a family of 6 and it was the perfect place to stay. I’d definitely come back!!!

La vista es hermosa y la comunicación muy buena ,sin duda es un lugar para regresar!

Es una casa muy linda y rústica, su diseño es muy acogedor y la zona es bastante tranquila. Cuenta con espacios amplios para relajarse y todo lo necesario para pasar el día en la casa o en la playa. ¡Nos encantó hospedarnos ahí!

Desde el momento en que llegué supe que este lugar era especial. La cabaña está impecable, decorada con muy buen gusto y equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y mágica. Cada rincón tiene detalles que transmiten calma y cuidado. La vista es simplemente espectacular: despertar con el sonido del mar y ver el amanecer desde la terraza fue una experiencia que no voy a olvidar. Es un espacio perfecto para desconectar, reconectar contigo misma y disfrutar de la naturaleza en su máxima Recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrados. ¡Volvería mil veces!

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Un lugar maravilloso para desconectarse del ritmo urbano sin caer en los típicos destinos saturados de turistas. Las casitas se esconden en el entorno selvático, y todo está hecho para armonizar con la naturaleza sin alterarla. A pocos pasos hay una playa casi desierta. José y Sabrina fueron sumamente atentos a todo lo que necesitábamos y nos recibieron con una calidez excepcional. Sin duda, volveremos.

The space was beautiful! Having the golf cart with rental was very convenient and helpful. Host was easy to get a hold of and provided great recommendations for in town food options and activities.

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

The Casita is adorable and is just as pictures with a great view. It was hard to leave the patio. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach and town. This was our first visit to Sayulita , which is a lovely town, however the beach below the casita is very busy, lined with rows and rows of chairs and umbrellas for rent and each bar playing their own loud music, so the evenings on the beautiful patio were not quiet and we could hear the thumping of the music until the wee hours of the morning. We prefer less crowds so we spent our days on the quieter beaches, which is just a short walk away. Bring shampoo as there is none provided and a lighter in case you have to use it to light the stove and enjoy this beautiful Casita. We did. Thank you.

Es un lugar súper agradable, y nos pareció que no faltaba nada. Tiene todo lo necesario para cualquier huésped. La vista es espectacular y se viven momentos muy agradables. La encargada del lugar siempre atenta y en constante comunicación. La llegada es algo difícil con relación a la pendiente tan pronunciada, pero considero que solo es cuestión de tenerlo en cuenta para quienes llegan en auto….10 de 10 =)

Pristine , private oasis in the lush neighborhood Los Bandas Close to the church and main square of town Travel is on a cobblestone, windy street so glad we were walking and had proper shoes ! An absolute gem of a " hut" An architectural gem, really on the grounds of what was an ecolodge...? It feels more like a hotel due to daily cleaning service ( we politely declined) There is a main house on site along with 2 other huts Safety provided with entry gate and separate keys for hut There is proper lighting but still gravel, and stony steps to navigate The pictures hardly do this place justice it is really that unique! It was a bit hard to find but communication with our host made it happen by talking with our taxi driver That is a feature I most value when traveling : easy to communicate with our host ! so 5 stars alone for that alone We will cherish the memories we made here and recommend this Airbnb without hesitation

Ricardo’s place is just a block off the town plaza, which was great for participating in the local festival of San Sebastián! It was also really easy to walk up to a different area of the town, where we discovered some cool places including a coffee roasters with parrots in the back!

What a magical spot! Beautiful home, perfectly renovated and furnished. The perfect combination of rustic and comfortable. Every piece of furniture, the hand made hardware on the windows, the outdoor benches… just really well designed and cared for. Less than 5 minutes walking to the main square but a complete feeling of privacy and remoteness. Perfect for kids to explore the woods and for parents to relax outdoors. Loved every piece of it!

El lugar está muy bonito, Puedes ver las montañas y relajarte bastante. En el amanecer se escucha el canto de las aves de lo tranquilo y silencioso qué es el lugar. Bastante recomendado el lugar.

Súper bonito, relajante y sobre todo con una vista maravillosa, Ixchel es una súper buena anfitriona, lo recomiendo muchísimo, y no desaprovechen el pasar a comerse unos churros con un chocolate, de verdad súper recomendado, espero regresar pronto.☺️🫶🏼

Deben hospedarse en esta cabaña! Desafortunadamente solo nos pudimos quedar una noche pero mi familia y yo hemos acordado en regresar por una estancia más larga. La experiencia de hospedarse aquí fue única y muy placentera. La parte de la sala y comedor con vista al pueblo (plaza principal, iglesia y en la parte trasera la montaña) son increíbles! Definitivamente si lo que buscan es un buen descanso, esta cabaña es ideal para eso. Deben saber que aveces hay fiesta en el pueblo con música un poco fuerte, pero no dejen que eso arruine su estancia ya que esto está fuera de control del anfitrión. Independientemente de eso este lugar es ideal para ir con familia.

La cabaña estaba muy bonita, contaba con wifi, TV y agua caliente, lo cual se agradece ya que hacía algo de frío por las noches, y además de que todo estaba ordenado y limpio.
