House holiday rentals in San Simon

We had an amazing experience at this resort. The place was clean, beautiful, and exactly as described in the listing. The surroundings were peaceful as it is in a private subdivision. The location was great as well — just a fee kilometers from San Fernando Exit. What really made the stay special was the host — Ms. Faye was kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She happily accomodated our requests for additional blankets and late check out until 1pm. Perfect for small family gatherings.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

Frederick’s La Francesca Residence is an absolute gem. Nestled in a subdivision, don’t be dissuaded by older properties in the area. Frederick’s place has a modern design with beautiful features and cozy furniture. Quiet and quaint comes to mind. The residence is well thought out. Staff were responsive and friendly. Simple touches throughout the property made it feel like home. No need to cook though because the property is right behind SM where you’ll have access to a variety of cafes/restaurants. La Francesca is definitely worth a stay and a return. Thank you Frederick and team!

The place was very clean, also the pool. The house is very spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. It’s centrally located for quick access to the expressway or Clark.

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Aya’s place looks exactly like the photos—what you see is what you get. Our family had a great time! The space is so big that everyone found their own cozy spot to relax and unwind. The AC is cold, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the people on-site were kind and courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. Aya was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and setting clear expectations about potential downsides like flies and occasional brownouts. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and she was even kind enough to set up the room just the way we liked. Overall, we had a blast—her place is definitely one of our favorite summer getaways!

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. The house was not far from the SM Convention Center where we attended an event. We were able to rest and sleep well in the comfortable bedrooms. The light colored interior of the of the house was relaxing. We were able to park the car in front of the house. Everthing went well. Highly recommendable.

We stayed here for the Seventeen Right Here Concert in Bulacan. It was relatively closer than staying in the Metro. We had a late checkin (past 10pm) as we came from work, but we were still accommodated. We were even welcomed and given a tour of the place. It was relatively easy to find as we were given directions and waze pin prior to leaving Makati. Both Sir Ed and Ma’am Cel were very responsive and kind, they were always ready to respond and give recommendations. The place was very nice, true to the posted pictures, it was very roomy and clean. We were very comfortable in the place, we were able to prepare our breakfasts as well. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Unit was very clean and located inside a subdivision so we felt pretty safe despite being strangers to the area.

The place was very clean and relaxing because the whole place had airconditioning. I recommend everyone to try and stay at Grayhouse Inn. The owner is very accomodating and will make your stay very easy.

Ming’s place was perfect for our barkada reunion. Amenities for table tennis, karaoke and billiards are available. The front is also spacey and good for midnight kwentuhan. The host also responds promptly whenever you have concerns. Will definitely come back to this place again.

Really nice house and layout with secure parking. Felt safe on my first night in the Philippines. No street noise, no roosters, sleep as late as you want! Aircon in every room. Good shower. Great WIFI and nice TV. Was able to get work done on laptop in morning. Nice dining area. Stayed with 6: 2 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room. Gate to street closes at 9 PM, so you have to take different route through village to get to house if you return after 9 PM. Would definitely stay again.

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

We loved the place so much we extended our stay!!! We stayed for 4 days and we love it. Our only suggestion is to be clear that there is just 1 air conditioning unit for the two rooms that will be shared using an exhaust fan. We thought that there will be aircon for each of the room pero it is okay because the aircon is so cold so we were able to feel cool the whole time. But overall our stay is so great. Self check in and check out is so convenient. There is covered parking. The place is secure and near to all establishments. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is so comfortable to hangout and chill. We will surely come back!!!

Norma’s Staycation was a fantastic choice for our family trip! The location is super convenient—close to SM City Clark and Marquee Mall, and a great home base for exploring Clark’s top spots like Aqua Planet and Dinosaurs Island. The neighborhood felt safe and lively (we even saw some friendly basketball games on the street court), but inside, the place was quiet and peaceful. The property itself was spotless and well-kept, thanks to the caretaker, Relly, who was always helpful when we needed anything. Foodies, don’t miss ABE Buffet Plus nearby, or try Binulo Restaurant for some local flavors! Highly recommend this cozy and well-located stay.
