Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Sunny Top-Floor Flat Overlooking a Traditional Area

On the 7th floor by elevator of a quiet and rationalist style building, is this comfortable and super bright apartment of 70 m2 for 4 people. It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with access to the balcony, has a queen size bed, a large closet, HD 42 "TV with cable, Netflix, and A / C cold heat. The second bedroom has two single beds, a closet and A / C cold heat. The living room has an armchair, a large window, a table for 4 people that can extend up to 6 pers, a sound system (eiffel) and a cold A / C. The washing machine and standing iron with steam are located in a room for services within the department. The kitchen with access to the balcony is fully equipped with microwave, oven, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom is complete with bathtub and natural ventilation. The balcony has chairs to enjoy a beautiful view and a sunny afternoon.The apartment is equipped with 100% cotton sheets, towels and quilts. The stay includes a set of sheets per person and two sets of towels per person. The replacement of sheets is for stays from seven days. 100 mg Wi-Fi (maximum internet band in the country) We receive and serve the guests in person to give them the keys and give them the instructions of the property. As a host we will do everything possible to make your stay in San Telmo a wonderful one! I'm available by Airbnb chat message. The apartment is in the heart of the old San Telmo neighborhood. The area has excellent restaurants and cafes, and it's well-connected to essential tourist spots. It's walking distance to the Puerto Madero neighborhood and Plaza de Mayo.

Gorgeous, spacious, and sunny downtown loft

Located in the historical Pasaje Santamarina, close to the heart of San Telmo, and reached through one flight of stairs, it has a living area with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one in an open mezzanine, with a desk), an entertainment center with an LCD TV (with Chromecast, no cable), a bathroom (with shower box, no tub), and a walk-in closet. Features Wi-fi connection and a central air conditioning system. Very quiet and light-filled. Easy access to Buenos Aires attractions.

Quartier San Telmo, 15th flor, w/amenities+view!

Excellent Studio located in the 15th floor of Quartier San Telmo building, recently painted and fully equiped, 43" Android Smart TV, WIFI speed 300MB. King size bed plus a couch that can also be used as a bed for one. Excellent view from the flat to Puerto Madero Buildings and in clear days you can see also the river. The studio has cool/heat airconditioner. The building has amazing amenities including 2 pools, living rooms and gym, 24hs security and 360 views to the city/river from floor 27th.

Located on Plaza Dorrego, the historic center of San Telmo, this large(170m2)1880's French style penthouse has 14 foot ceilings and has been renovated with modern conveniences while still keeping the original details. One block from the oldest and most famous covered market where there are cutting edge young chefs, antique shops and food markets and a block away from the Museum of Modern Art--it is also within walking distance of Puerto Madera. Elegant apartment in Madero Urbano in front of Puerto Madero, a few steps from the neighborhoods of San Telmo, La Boca, microcentro, Plaza de Mayo, other tourist places and various means of transportation.
