enthouse “Marisé 4” is a modern, functional, and bright apartment, ideal for both short and long stays. It features two double bedrooms with comfortable beds and individual air conditioning—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The living-dining area is spacious and also includes air conditioning, a sitting area, and a table for meals or remote work. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and utensils. The bathroom is modern, with a large shower and towels provided for your comfort. Located on the fourth floor (no elevator), the apartment offers direct access to a large outdoor terrace, perfect for sunbathing, reading, or enjoying panoramic views of the town. Although we don’t have private parking, free street parking is usually available right outside. If needed, you can also park for free near the port, just a 2 to 5-minute walk away. The apartment is located in the heart of the town, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a laundrette, and other services just two minutes on foot.

My accommodation is good for couples and pets. 1 bedroom apartment with 1.35m sofa bed in the living room, capacity for up to 4 people. It has a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom with a 1.50 m bed. We are always available to you for any issues. Please note that the elevator goes up to the third floor, and there are 14 steps to get up to the apartment. Parking is available in the building or 200 meters away, depending on availability.
